My husband died in January, he had been taken ill in November and didn't really recover properly, until November 24 he was at home and had the carers from this company, helping him to dress and wash and general health and safety. This meant that for the last two years of his life, he was able to
live in his own home with the help of the very excellent men and women of the company, always on time and not only did they help my husband but they were kind and generous in there time to listen to my worry's. I would like to thank them all and personally recommend them to anyone who needs that extra help.

My care visitors are professional, friednly and always look out for my best interest, calling my family for advice or to get help for me if needed. I enjoy having a chat with my carers and they always make sure that I have drinks at hand and a meal of my choice even when I'm not hungry, they make
something for me to eat for when I am feeling hungry. They check that my windows and doors are locked in the evening and reassure me that I am safe.

Home Care Assist has ensured my mother is in the best hands throughout the care visits she has daily.
The personal touch and ongoing contact with the company is more than we have experienced previously. My mother looks forward to her calls as the carers go above and beyond and provides not only
care but also companionship throughout the day.
As a family, our minds have been put at rest knowing Home Care Assist is providing the care my mother needs.
For anyone who needs support for their parents I can’t recommended this company enough. You won’t be disappointed and feel completely at rest knowing they provide a professional, compassionate and sympathetic service catering for all needs that may be needed.

Excellent company. Looked after my grandad and always gave him outstanding care. No job was too big for them. Carers were always polite and treated my grandad with lots of respect. I will always recommend to anybody looking for home care.

To the team of lovely ladies who looked after our precious Mum. What a fantastic job you did. The love, care, and support you not only showed to Mum but to the family. We will never forget what you did. You showed Mum dignity and respect and allowed us to keep our promise to keep her in her home.

My carer (I prefer to use the term life improver) as that is what she has always done, and still does for nearly 8 months now, has greatly improved the quality of my life, and makes every v visit day worth looking forward to. I only wish I could afford more of her time, nothing has ever been too
much or too little for her to help with.

Home Care Assist looked after my mother until she sadly passed away. We have had several care providers prior, with not much luck. They were superb, very professional, kind and caring to my mum in her final days. I feel she has a good death with dignity and respect, many thanks to all of them
involved.

I have been 100% pleased and satisfied with the care that my wife has received. The carers have been professional, competent and cheerful, and taken great pains to engage in an 'upbeat' manner with both my wife and myself. Their support and 'caring' approach has helped me to cope in a very difficult

Finally, a care provider who do what they say, care. Having tried at least four different care providers over a period of two years, this is the firm that my son feels most comfortable with and of course, if he is happy, then so am I. Having met the staff and his carer, I am very confident that they
are professional and have my son's best interests at heart.
