One of the ways this is achieved for service users is by providing trained and experienced home care staff, recruited from a variety of healthcare backgrounds to help give the best support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. All carers undergo a rigorous selection process and are chosen only if they demonstrate the highest moral standards and the ability to care for people in a professional and non-intrusive way.

A Home Care Assist carer is highly organised, hard-working and genuinely caring. As a caring company, Home Care Assist spends a lot of time matching the right carers with the right clients, ultimately creating a comfortable relationship that enables a carer to meet the exact needs of a client in their environment.

Home Care Assist aims to minimise the number of different carers that the service user has to deal with on a regular basis, after all, the primary concern is improving the service user's quality of life and health, without adding any extra stress to their lives.

Each person has their specific requirements, and are assessed as such. Home Care Assist staff, work closely with each client to determine what kind of care services they'll need ultimately producing a carefully drafted unique, person-centred care plan. The assessment process is on-going, and families will always be informed and kept up-to-date. Care plans are continually reviewed and updated as and when any changes need making.

My husband died in January, he had been taken ill in November and didn't really recover properly, until November 24 he was at home and had the carers from this company, helping him to dress and wash and general health and safety. This meant that for the last two years of his life, he was able to live
in his own home with the help of the very excellent men and women of the company, always on time and not only did they help my husband but they were kind and generous in there time to listen to my worry's. I would like to thank them all and personally recommend them to anyone who needs that extra help.

My care visitors are professional, friednly and always look out for my best interest, calling my family for advice or to get help for me if needed. I enjoy having a chat with my carers and they always make sure that I have drinks at hand and a meal of my choice even when I'm not hungry, they make something
for me to eat for when I am feeling hungry. They check that my windows and doors are locked in the evening and reassure me that I am safe.

Home Care Assist. All care workers have been polite, and professional and treated mum with patience, and respect and ensure that she keeps her dignity and independence at all times. The company always listens and provides follow-up with any questions and points raised to do with mum's care. Very polite

Home Care Assist has ensured my mother is in the best hands throughout the care visits she has daily.
The personal touch and ongoing contact with the company is more than we have experienced previously. My mother looks forward to her calls as the carers go above and beyond and provides not only care
but also companionship throughout the day.
As a family, our minds have been put at rest knowing Home Care Assist is providing the care my mother needs.

My carer (I prefer to use the term life improver) as that is what she has always done, and still does for nearly 8 months now, has greatly improved the quality of my life, and makes every v visit day worth looking forward to. I only wish I could afford more of her time, nothing has ever been too much
or too little for her to help with.

Home Care Assist looked after my mother until she sadly passed away. We have had several care providers prior, with not much luck. They were superb, very professional, kind and caring to my mum in her final days. I feel she has a good death with dignity and respect, many thanks to all of them involved.
