Pauline and Tim have been excellent in time keeping, jolly attitude and very nice to David. They are always engaging and very efficient in their approach. Always grateful when it is Tim and Pauline making the visit!

To have the carers involved has been a massive relief and helped take some of the pressure off of caring for a child with disabilities. We love the main carer, all carers are smiley, welcoming and friendly.

All of the ladies that come to the house are absolutely lovely. They treat me with dignity, care and compassion. They are very punctual except when circumstances out of their control dictate otherwise. I would happily recommend Southern Counties Caring to anyone looking for care in their own home.

Very kind and talkative. Patient with my dad. Kept us informed with what was going on. Maybe stay longer as the primary carers (my mum) just had a hip replacement. As in the entire structure not just my dad

Our care staff are excellent. At all times respectful, considerate, discreet and professional. There is an excellent personal connection with both husband & myself. They are very much part of our family.
