I felt the manager really understood the challenges we, as a family we're facing with mum being full time carer for my Dad. The manager put forward suggestions and recommendations for accessing further support through our local authority. The carer that was provided to us for 4 days respite was
great with my Dad, he also assisted with keeping the home clean and tidy and even encouraged my dad to use the bed to sleep in which is something he hasn't been able to do for some time. He was responsive on the app. The management team also check in before and after to ensure we felt fully confident leaving dad with a carer. We felt that he was safe and being well cared for which meant we could enjoy a few days break without worry. Would 100% recommend and use again.

This platform is amazing. We have used Curam Care numerous times for our daughter and we will definitely continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Finding affordable care has been impossible until we came across Curam. Our daughter has quite complex needs too. We are able to access a pool of
insured, thoroughly vetted and experienced carers and at short notice too. We are so pleased and grateful to have joined Curam's platform. Highly recommend.

Curam has provided very good service for my elderly mother. The carers have been experienced and were good at building relationships with my mother and understanding her needs. The Curam website was easy to use and it was good to read the orofile of the carers to determine if they would be a
suitable fit. A very good service overall .
