This company was recommended to me by my daughter. I was quite worried about using an agency for my disabled son. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by them. The staff are so lovely, reliable and friendly, but also highly trained. Although it's early days, I feel completely confident in
letting them take care of him. Please get in touch if you're struggling for support, they won't disappoint.

Currently have only one staff from the provider. Could do another one as a backup. Very good service from staff. Ready to listen and provide the care accordingly. Adaptable to any changes in the care plan.

Happy with the experience thus far. Company providing new staff members to complete our rota which has been on ongoing problem with other care companies. Staff friendly, helpful, and willing to learn.

After dealing with a different care company, we have found Empowering U Healthcare to deal with. This company has been very professional, extremely knowledgeable with great communication, and I feel happy leaving my son in their care. Everything has run smoothly from day one, from this first
telephone call, to training staff up and to supporting my son in school. For the first time in a while, we, as a family, feel at ease with this company.

My nurse is very caring, funny, empathetic and understanding. She understands what I have been through and understands my feelings. Sheis so lovely and I already thanked her for everything she has done so far. We have so much more to work through and I can't wait to explore more of my feelings and
