View Full Details of Helping Hands Home Care (Birmingham)My carer is a wonderful person, she will do anything for me and is always pleasant. She has helped me in many ways, which I really appreciate. She took me to hospital when I had a blood clot in my lung. She stayed with me for 2 hours extra.
The local branch based in Harborne are ideal for my needs. My care extends to meals, washing me and general basic needs. Being a amputee i am ltd in movement. Today 8th of July i had to call them out due to an emergency of a personal nature. Within 15 minutes they were here and cleaned me up and put the washing on. Brilliant job well executed . The ladies who care for me are polite and treat me with dignity and thats all i ask for. Any minor issues are always sorted out there and then. The only issue i have is not with the branch, but the company accounting invoice system. You can not pay in advance as it confuses their computer. The system works a week in arrears. But they have now solved the issue to my satisfaction. A good branch that i would say to use for any needs.
A very efficient care at home package for a family member. The company was flexible as the care requirements changed due to the gradual increase in dementia symptoms presented by the family member. The carers on site were friendly , sensitive and empathetic. The management support was responsive and efficient, would recommend the company to future clients.
All staff are kind, caring and helpful. I can find no fault. They always check before they leave to see if there is anything else I need. No job is too small. All good with jobs, eg cleaning cats litter tray. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent. I have been using them for about 20 years. Any problems I report to the Birmingham branch and it is sorted straight away.
I was very sceptical about having a carer for my parents, but after a very helpful and friendly meeting with the branch manager, all of mine and my parents' concerns were addressed - it's like we've known the carers for years! I can safely say, this was the best decision and my mom and dad are in great hands. I'd thoroughly recommend Helping Hands.
