JCM carers have provided excellent care for my mum who has a complex, terminal illness. The carers are diligent, considerate and anticipate mum's needs, which is especially important as mum has progressively lost her ability to speak clearly. Not only do they provide expert care but they lift mum's
spirits and make her laugh, which has really helped her mental health. Mum very much looks forward to their visits and their company. As for the office team, they have always been very responsive and flexible when we have needed to change the timings of mum's care visits to accommodate her changing needs.
