I wouldn't recommend this agency, my mother-in-law had two male carers a lot of the time and they never asked if this was OK. When I asked for a copy of their complaints procedure, never sent one out. I did speak to the manager and asked for a meeting, but this never happened.
Found mouldy food
left in the fridge, hair should have been washed weekly, it was washed monthly or two monthly.
Some of the carers were very nice and it wasn't their fault that when mother-in-law fell out of bed and we couldn't get there, she was left on the floor on her own until the ambulance staff arrived, as staff needed to go to the next client.
When it was single-handed support, the care and support seemed much better than when it went to double-handed.

We have only had the service for a couple of weeks but so far we have been very impressed with the carers that have attended, treating my mother with respect, dignity and care.
Communication with the office is also excellent, with contacting us if slight delay with carer's arrival.

Very pleased with Mum's carers as they are friendly cheery and always make Mum laugh and smile.
Mum calls them her friends not her carers when they knock on her door.
Thank you for matching the carers to Mum as they have a great connection with Mum and we all get on with the carers too they have
been given a nickname from us it makes it easier and more fun when Mum hears their nicknames thank you for all you do for our mum.

This agency and its staff are outstanding.
They are kind caring and very professional.
My mother has excelled since this company took over her care.
She looks forward to their arrival and enjoys seeing all the different members of staff.

My experience with Prepare4care has been fairly good. My carers are polite and professional. I feel the office is approachable and welcoming and I can pop into the office whenever I want for a chat. I feel that any concerns I have are listened to attentively by carers and office staff. I am more
than happy with the care I receive through Prepare4care.

All the carers are helpful and considerate, it has taken a while for me to come to terms with needed help, now I feel comfortable with the staff.

Excellent care, very professional and genuine care. I have received superb personal care and support during my recovery after complex surgery. My ongoing care has been consistently provided by the same carers. The agency endeavours to provide care with a holistic approach, taking into account the
family routine, as well the person's support needs. While receiving care, I have been able to return to work and continue with everyday family life.

My mother is receiving care from Prepare4care Ltd and I can honestly say that the service is outstanding. We have used other care providers and both owners of the business have a clear goal, provide the best care for the elderly and vulnerable in the community. Highly recommended, the carers are
outstanding and the quality is exceptional. This company will be number one in Kent. I wish them all the best and would like to see the quality of care improve across Kent as generally, it is appalling. Keep up the good work.

I am very happy with the service Prepare4care provides. Their staff are always polite and professional when caring for me. They arrive on time and have gone the extra mile for me. An example of this is when I needed to go to my GP. My carer went with me even though the visit had ended and I received
no extra charge.

The whole team are wonderful! If I ever have a problem I know I can call and it will be listened to and sorted straight away. I have the same carer all the time and she is so professional, friendly and outstandingly helpful. A very well run company.

The carer is always punctual, friendly and polite. She doesn't talk down to me or at me but directly to me. She doesn't rush me but works efficiently and without haste. She makes sure I'm comfortable and safe before she leaves.
