The service I receive could not be improved upon. Carers with personality and humour.

My frail 97-year-old mum-in-law received four care calls per day from Personalized Care Services. The care coordinator and the carers were all very reliable, friendly and professional. Mum-in-law liked all her carers, who took the time to chat with her. Her needs were met, and we were very pleased
with the service we received.

Personalized Care Services have been excellent, they have been caring for my mum since May 2020. The carers have all been brilliant and as with any groups of workers there are always individuals who are absolutely outstanding and this is no exception with Mum's carers as there are one or two of her
regular carers who are exceptionally good. I would highly recommend Personalized Care Services to anyone needing home care for themselves or their loved ones in this area.

Personalized Care Services, they have come and cared for the last nine months. They make breakfast and lunch and tea- everybody has been very good and respectful. I am happy with the service given to me, thank you.

I have found the care given to my parents to be wonderful. There is nothing the carers and management won't do. Any questions I have, have been answered very professionally. Anything I have been bothered about and any queries I have are sorted out to my satisfaction.

We have been very pleased to find there is good consistency in who comes - very important to see the same faces when someone is confused. All are pleasant and cheerful. Management is helpful and friendly; very approachable.

I am happy with the care being received. I am happy and comfortable with the service provided and the team always look after any issues I have. Management go out of their way to support and provide the correct PPE when needed. I am grateful to the staff for all their work and help.

Incredibly helpful and patient. Nothing is too much trouble and very polite. They are a credit their profession. Right from the first phone call to the organisation of the care, and the guys who come, have been nothing but brilliant.

When my brother and I visited the office we were put immediately at ease and we felt we were in an environment that was wholly committed to providing the best possible care. The overall feel was perfectly balanced between professional and empathetic. We were presented with a very well-considered
summary of services and asked specific questions about our needs. It was evident that this excellent service was built on solid experience and a desire to provide tailored personal care. There was a genuine rapport and mutual interest in reaching the correct outcome and throughout our experience, the service was second to none. I would highly recommend this care service and I am very grateful for the commitment we received in very difficult circumstances.

We only used the service for a week but we were extremely happy with the carer who looked after my mum. She was very friendly and caring and had a natural empathy with my mum. She respected mum's dignity and was sensitive to her needs and wishes.

I have employed this company to act as carer/pa for my son who has short term memory loss and various other illnesses. I have found them to be extremely helpful and caring with regards to my son. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to use this service.

The personal assistant and main carer for my grandson (who has short term memory problems), I have found to be a kind and thoughtful person, who has put the care and interests of my grandson to the forefront. He is also very knowledgeable about the importance of letting him live independently, but
being on hand if he needs extra help.
