My frail 97-year-old mum-in-law received four care calls per day from Personalized Care Services. The care coordinator and the carers were all very reliable, friendly and professional. Mum-in-law liked all her carers, who took the time to chat with her. Her needs were met, and we were very pleased with the service we received.

Personalized Care Services have been excellent, they have been caring for my mum since May 2020. The carers have all been brilliant and as with any groups of workers there are always individuals who are absolutely outstanding and this is no exception with Mum's carers as there are one or two of her regular carers who are exceptionally good. I would highly recommend Personalized Care Services to anyone needing home care for themselves or their loved ones in this area.

I have employed this company to act as carer/pa for my son who has short term memory loss and various other illnesses. I have found them to be extremely helpful and caring with regards to my son. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to use this service.

The personal assistant and main carer for my grandson (who has short term memory problems), I have found to be a kind and thoughtful person, who has put the care and interests of my grandson to the forefront. He is also very knowledgeable about the importance of letting him live independently, but being on hand if he needs extra help.
