Although the service provided is very professional, all the extras ie genuine care for the clients and families go above and beyond, always ensuring service users are happy and will go out of their way to plan events eg birthday parties, outings etc. Any queries are answered straight away and honestly.
Time is always taken to talk to the users, it's not just a business, it's more like a family atmosphere which the service users really like. My brother really enjoyed his time with everyone involved and was always asking when he would be going again. I wholeheartedly recommend all involved and know for a fact any service users will be more than happy here.
