Looking for a homecare company is not easy. I went through a lot of care procedures for my dad until I came across Foxbridge Healthcare. From the moment we sat down for a care assessment, I was very impressed. My dad received a comprehensive care needs assesment treat was profession and my dad was
empowered to be involved in his care planning. From the onset, the team of carers demonstrated professionalism, compassion, empathy, patience, kindness and a deep commitment to the well-being of my dad. The dedicated carers went above and beyond to ensure that my dad was not only comfortable but felt cherished and respected. My dad was also treated with respect and dignity, given choices. Thank you for such outstanding care and support during our family's time of need before our dad sadly passed away.

In the time I've known my carers, I've found them to be a good mixture of professionalism and friendliness. This is important to reassure people who are under pressure mentally or physically.

What amazing carers! They came 3 times a day to help Mum with her needs, and honestly, the more I get to know them, the more I see how genuinely caring they are. They always have time for Mum, do not rush, give Mum time when she needs it, and they are so flexible with their times. They are friendly,
kind, helpful, knowledgeable, but professional too. We are very happy with their service!

Foxbridge provided in home care for my sister for a brief period when she was out of the care home in which she was residing.
She was unused to this arrangement in her own home and was quite uncomfortable at first. The Foxbridge team handled this challenge with patience and professionalism. Even
though it was only a few days, my sister became much more comfortable with the carers coming into her home - owing to the way the team handled the situation.
I was very grateful to Foxbridge for their patience and understanding.

Apart from 4 days during the first week of service when their timing was erratic, they have settled down to reliable attendance. The staff are well trained and carry out their work efficiently and cheerfully.

I have been very impressed with the standard of care I recieved from my carer. She was friendly, careful, and efficient. I could rely on her for punctuality, always smiling and jolly.
Foxbridge Health Solutions came highly recommended by friends, and I would certainly highly recommend this firm to
anyone requiring a carer.

I found all the carers who visited my home very satisfactory. They were all friendly, kind and sensitive. My late wife was always relaxed with their attendance and looked forward to their visits. They were all very Professional and eased my wife's difficulties as much as possible until her passing
on March 11th 2025.

We have been very satisfied with the care that my husband has received from Foxbridge Health Solutions. Apart from being efficient my husband has been treated with dignity and compassion. They are also most reliable and arrive on time which we find reassuring.

Carers generally arrive on time and are really helpful and considerate. Whether they are male or female, they are friendly and, in my experience, trustworthy. I would have hesitation in recommending Foxglove Services to anyone.

Foxbridge Healthcare has exceeded my expectations. Their teams dedication was excellent. The compassion, they showed made all the difference to my mum and me, nothing was too much trouble. They went the extra mile when my mum broke her hip and was rushed into hospital within in the hour they
managed to provide live in care for a few days until I could get something sorted.

Foxbridge Healthcare provided excellent personal care services for my mother for the last 18 months of her life, enabling me to keep her at home to the very end. The carers were always kind and friendly and went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable and happy every day.

The care team were excellent in mums last stages of life. They supported me and also positioned mum in such comfortable positions in her bed and were good at helping to wash mum. Thanks to the carers for all their help.

The most prominent benefit of Foxbridge Healthcare's service is that my wife gets on well with all the carers who look after her. Laughter is always an ingredient of every visit. I also appreciate their help for me whenever I need to be away from home for an extended period.

The carers are very professional and good at their job they also try to make my wife feel they are part of the family and treat her with respect. They arrive on time subject to traffic conditions and always leave the bedroom neat and tidy with beds made.

In the relatively short time that I was involved with this company, I found them totally professional, and a pleasure to work with. Both the management, and the staff were pleasant and friendly, and I was happy to have been associated with them.

All carers were very good and wherever possible we had the same one. They were very good at getting him to do things that he argued with me. They helped me at times too and were always ready with some advice.

Foxbridge has been caring for my mother for a few years now. Both my mother and I are very pleased with the care and attention they have given her over this time. All the carers have been friendly, efficient and professional. My mother has got to know the carers that visit, and she is always pleased
to see them. She is now in a care/nursing home, but the Foxbridge manager and the carers enabled her to stay in her own home for a few years.
