I can honestly say that my overall experience of clover support has been a positive, and reassuring one. The team are always prompt, professional, caring and communicative.

I cannot fault the ladies that care for my mum at home. They are all super friendly and tend to mums needs with care and compassion. They have shown the utmost respect towards mum and her home. The communication from the office is superb. After having 2 previous care companies who failed every day
it's refreshing to have these ladies care for mum. It offers me peace of mind that while I'm working mum is looked after. She thanks them for everything they do for her. She recently went into a local care home for respite and I couldn't wait to get her home and back into the care of the clover support team. Well done to you all x

Excellent service provided by the manager and her team over the past three years. Clover Support Group not only cared for our relative but about him, going above and beyond to make sure he had the best quality of life possible under the circumstances. In addition they also built a relationship with
the family so we felt we were a team and the care was shaped around his personality, desires and needs. Thank you to all involved, but especially the manager and a member of staff in particular. We will always be grateful.
I will not rate "value for money" - it's about care, not money.

My mum has been receiving the absolute best care I could ever imagine. Clover 'friends' to my mum are so sensitive and warm and caring. I trust them 100% with my precious parent, and even more importantly my mum trusts them 100%. Thank you Clover gals, you know who you are, for bringing sunshine to
us after a difficult time.

My mother has been using Clover Support since January 2020. The manager and her team have made an enormous difference to my mum's life, helping her with personal care and day to day tasks, but also providing my mum with laughter and companionship. The manager is a highly skilled communicator and
keeps us up to date with any concerns or issues that arise, and she has high expectations of everyone that works with her - ensuring consistency and quality of care. My mother has been a lot happier at home since she has had this team helping her. At present, they are doing a wonderful job during the Covid-19 crisis, ensuring that my mum is particularly well cared for and made to feel safe and secure at this troubling time. I would not hesitate to recommend Clover Support to anyone who is looking for home care for themselves, or for an elderly friend or relative.
