Clover have been caring for my mum for approximately two years, the whole team are amazing, this review is because of how they all helped when my mum went into hospital I had to daily text them about cancelling a call they sorted it no fuss, when she came home with very short notice from the hospital they had her calls covered, they are a great team I would recommend them 100% .

I'm very grateful for the care my sister receives. The carers are kind, patient, and treat her with dignity and respect. It's reassuring to know she is in safe and capable hands. Communication is always clear, and I feel confident she is well looked after. I would happily recommend this provider to others.

Avoid this so called 'care provider' at all costs. Negligent and incompetent are probably the best ways that I can describe them. The catalogue of incompetence that I had to report to management resulted in them conducting a full inquiry, the outcome was that all staff who had visited us needed re-training. I have retained my copy of the inquiry, and am happy to provide details to anyone considering employing Clover Support Group. I sincerely would not want anyone else to have to endure the level of negligence that we did.

So happy with clover support group they look after my son and I cannot fault them at all they are always available for a chat and so professional but also very caring they care for all his needs perfectly.

I cannot fault the ladies that care for my mum at home. They are all super friendly and tend to mums needs with care and compassion. They have shown the utmost respect towards mum and her home. The communication from the office is superb. After having 2 previous care companies who failed every day it's refreshing to have these ladies care for mum. It offers me peace of mind that while I'm working mum is looked after. She thanks them for everything they do for her. She recently went into a local care home for respite and I couldn't wait to get her home and back into the care of the clover support team. Well done to you all x

My mum has been receiving the absolute best care I could ever imagine. Clover 'friends' to my mum are so sensitive and warm and caring. The manager and her team have made an enormous difference to my mum's life, helping her with personal care and day to day tasks, but also providing my mum with laughter and companionship. The manager is a highly skilled communicator and keeps us up to date with any concerns or issues that arise, and she has high expectations of everyone that works with her - ensuring consistency and quality of care. My mother has been a lot happier at home since she has had this team helping her. At present, they are doing a wonderful job during the Covid-19 crisis, ensuring that my mum is particularly well cared for and made to feel safe and secure at this troubling time.
