My husband required support for 7 months and Alpha was assigned to do his care. During that time I found them all to be very friendly and professional through the time of his care. I would thoroughly recommend Alpha team.

Overall we have been very pleased with the care given to our dad. All the carers have treated Dad with kindness and dignity. If any problems arise they contact us immediately. They all go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. Communication between the carers and the management team with
ourselves is excellent. We as a family have become attached and fully appreciate that Dad could not be at home without Alpha.

Having been with Alpha Health & Social Care for 15 months I am very happy with the service that I am receiving. The level of care is excellent. The company matched support staff to my needs and I am impressed by their professionalism. I enjoy the days that they cover and look forward to them coming.

The service is exceptional, I'm always kept updated and issues or questions the team responded promptly and professionally. My experience with Alpha Health and Social Care Services Corby is outstanding the care, support, carers are all so conscientious, caring and reliable and dependable. The
management is excellent, I've been so happy with the care my children received and I feel very confident that their being very well looked after.

Since January when my wife's care commenced, we have found Alpha Health & Social Care carers to be very respectful towards her. She has been treated with dignity and care. We can find no faults with the team or the support we have received throughout.

Since having to have major surgery this year, Alpha Health & Social Care Services Corby have stepped up again with such excellent care. I have 3 main care as I have Assistance logs so my care package is kept small which I find suits me so well. All my cares are professional, punctual, polite, and
treat me with dignity. I highly recommend this care Agency. Both management and domiciliary care staff.

The manager and the Alpha team of carers have helped, supported, and cared for my husband who has a very complex health condition in our home with the utmost respect, kindness and dignity. An excellent team of extremely loyal, hard-working, diligent, and fully committed carers who have helped us
both through an extremely difficult time in our lives. We could not have come this far without this amazing team. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we know you will continue to help so many more people in the future.

Communication from Alpha Health staff has been prompt and easy to comprehend. Planning of care activities was explained clearly and there is evidence of the ability to continue providing high levels of care. It has been easy to get hold of managers for any queries especially as our family were
comparing services offered by a few selected care providers.
We as a family feel very reassured that our relative is now in good hands and will be happy moving forward.
