I live in a place where I feel safe and cared for my dignity has been returned to me and I lead a really good life due to the care and consideration I have received I now have a life and don't just exist I have lived here for over 3 years and it's excellent well done Dale Care and its employees I

I have problems with my care. I have had to wait for extra care without dignity. My family and I have complained and raised concerns. It has been addressed and my care has been more reliable. I have wonderful carers but some who do not come to assist. I am diabetic and need time-critical care. I
have asked for help when I press my pendant and need it to be given to good time.

What do you want from a care facility? Somewhere your loved ones can be safe and healthy, where you can have confidence that they will be looked after on those occasions that you or your family members can't attend. Dale Care Beechfield Court, Middlesbrough is an absolute disgrace. The carers in
many instances are great, but you try and get some sort of response to concerns from the management...absolutely shocking.
