Fragmented staff, who had to bring in another care provider to do personal care. Was supposed to be on a temporary basis, still doing it two years later.
Staff members have no empathy or compassion, do as little as they can get away with.

Had a follow-up call from the Mainstay Trust operations manager, due to the social worker contacting her. Was absolutely appalled at her attitude and level of customer service. Almost every question I asked was answered with I don’t know! After relating that I wasn’t really satisfied with the
answers I got, she suggested I may like to try another service provider if they could not meet my son's needs.
Good to know after 16 years that is how much clients are valued.
