All the carers are very good, polite, respectful and friendly. Do my care really well and cheer me up. They are also very supportive to my wife, we could not cope without them.

Eleanor Care Dorchester have been visiting my elderly Mum in her home for the last 4 years. Throughout they have been caring and friendly, very helpful and communicative. Mum currently has 2 visits a day, for breakfast and dinner.
Staff, according to Mum, are friendly and it's nice for her to
learn about their lives and families. I have spoken to a few of them on the phone (I live a long way away, in Derby). Just thinking forward for a couple of improvements, timings of visits are sometimes irregular - I'm sure this is nobody's fault and probably due to staff illness, but breakfasts can be a bit late sometimes. However overall we are very happy with and grateful for the care you provide.

I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the service that we have received from the very first moment that we were put in contact with Eleanor Care earlier this year. The admin staff are extremely polite when answering the phone and efficiently processing our needs. The care worker is excellent.
Treats my husband with dignity and is enthusiastic and thoughtful about his needs. She is a breath of fresh air around the house. I would have no hesitation about recommending Eleanor Care to friends, family and other people.

I have received help from Eleanor's carers for over a year, and I am totally satisfied with all aspects of the care they provide. They are very professional and a credit to your company. If only other firms could adapt to your high standards. Thank you.

I have to say was a bit dubious when we were given new carers for my in-laws. But wow what a fantastic team they are. They are amazing so helpful and got to know Mum and Dad and their ways. Thank you, you are all amazing. Your first week you were certainly tested by Dad but you dealt with it and
weren't phased, thank you.
