Another fantastic year's care from a fabulous care company. We can't fault anything about Nova Care Yorkshire. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and going above and beyond is nothing special to them; the care they give is second to none. The Management team are like part of our
family, they are totally dedicated to what they do and are always just a phone call or text away if we need help, or changes to mum's care plan. On top of that, we attend 2 Nova parties each year, held in a lovely setting, with food, drink, entertainment and a great raffle included!! I have never come across a company more dedicated to their customers' care to such a degree. Mum is more than happy with the attention and help she receives from each of her carers, which is the most important thing to my sister and I. If mum's happy, we're happy and we would recommend Nova Care Yorkshire Ltd in a heartbeat to anyone considering care facilities for their loved one.

I have found Nova Care to be caring reliable professional trustworthy and genuinely lovely people
Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the carers whether it be day or night
Mum is very comfortable with the four carers ( Sarah Karen Kirstie and Nick) who look after her and looks forward
to their visits. As she has dementia the fact she has the same regular faces makes it so much easier for her.
As a daughter whom chose Nova Care as mums carers I'm delighted and relieved how fabulous they are. They really have taken a weight of my shoulders as i live in South Wales with a 200 mile distance and i know she's in the best of hands whilst I'm not with her. I really cant find any fault with them
They are simply the best and I highly recommend them.
They are indeed carers that care.

The staff are outstanding in their care, and manage the right balance of professionalism and friendliness in every aspect of the work they do.

NovaCare have proven to be an outstanding care team. The management listened to our needs and very carefully selected the correct match of carers for my uncle; both in ability and personality. The fact that the same carers visit each day promotes consistency of the relationship and understanding
from both client and staff points of view, which is a key factor in my uncle's satisfaction.
The team interact with my uncle's humour and quirky ways in an friendly, caring fashion whilst providing him with all the daily care he needs to continue to live independently. Their care for my uncle has made a phenomenal difference to his life and helped him to adjust to the shock of his changed personal capabilities.
The communication from carers and management has been both exceptional and proactive since we started using NovaCare six months ago meaning I am able to sleep well at night knowing that my uncle is in safe hands being cared for in a compassionate and dignified manner.

My father receives daily care from showering to his meals.The care and attention he receives is marvellous I cannot praise the staff high enough. I would recommend Nova Care to anyone It has taken a lot of worries away from us as a family

The Nova Care team have been visiting my Dad twice a day for about a year now. My Mum was very reluctant to allow anyone into the home but the team have won her trust. They are reliable, friendly, respectful, caring people who bring a smile to my Dad's face. They help with all personal hygiene -
washing, continence needs, shaving etc.
The communication is second to none, whilst attending to my Dad or liaising with me and my Mum.
Their visits are well documented and billing is simple and easy.
I live far away and because Nova Care are there I have peace of mind. I know they will contact me if necessary. They have made a huge difference to the quality of my Mum's life as she was struggling to support my Dad herself.
I would recommend them to anyone and I am so grateful to have them to look after my Dad.

Nova care are outstanding care providers. My grandma has dementia along with lots of other issues and the team are just the best. There is nothing they can't do. The care they put in is brilliant and they are always happy and go above and beyond constantly. My grandma is not able to review herself
anymore. But seeing her face beam when one of her carers enter the room is enough for me to know without words how much she appreciates and adores them. Thank you Nova care team.

Since Nova Care started providing care for my elderly father in October 2024 I've found them to be very caring, professional, efficient and attentive. It is difficult to accept that a parent is dependent on others for basic care but all the Nova Team have made this easy and comfortable and I'm very
grateful for the patience & consideration they show my dad, and me. I am very happy with their service and appreciate all that they do for us. A 5star service that I would easily recommend.

Mum has been looked after by Novacare since she came out of hospital over 2 years ago. Her carers are excellent in their duty of care and have become trusted friends and have been recommended to other people

The manager and team are amazing!! Myself and my brother really couldn't be without them now. They visit mum four times a day to help her with meds and meals. But do so much more! Most importantly they are fantastic with mum, spending time getting to know her and her needs. She really enjoys their

We have been using Novacare Yorkshire for many years now and have been very happy with the care and compassion they have give to my mum who has Alzheimer's but also my dad who has heart failure. The team are always reliable and have battled through snow to make sure they can get my mum washed and
dressed on a daily basis. It's really useful to look at the log of my mum's care they provide in an app. I regularly ask them for advice and the team is very responsive. They have gone above and beyond over the years visiting my mum in hospital, recommending a temporary care home and collecting my mum's medication in bad weather. Thank you for all your help and kindness

Mum was ill in January and Nova Care really made a difference to my piece of mind whilst she was recovering and I wasn't able to be there. This support has continued through in February with an increased package of care to see Mum through to better health. The team operate with such care and
compassion - I have been at Mum's a couple of times when the team have arrived and they are so kind, listening to Mum's chat whilst discretely checking in with her medication and whether she has eaten/drunk anything that day. Mum isn't sure why she has the team in twice a day because she isn't aware of her own difficulties but the team operate around these to make sure she is safe and it lifts some of the load from me.
I genuinely cannot recommend the team at Nova Care highly enough.

I would like to say the team who have looked after our mum were excellent.
They were caring, friendly and very reliable.
It took Mum a while to feel comfortable with them but she was heading towards 100 years old, so it was to be expected.
They were very patient with her and certainly won her
trust.
It gave us peace of mind they were there when they said they would be, through all weathers.
Highly recommended.

Mum was needing extra assistance and I was looking for a company that would be able to support Mum's needs. First I had a meeting at Mum's home with the manager, who explained everything about the service they provided. I instantly felt at ease with the information that was given to us, including a
gallery of the carers so we all knew who would be attending. This was reassuring for me knowing that Nova Care made safety of their clients a high priority. From the very first day Mum started having home visits, every carer was brought to her home and introduced by another colleague, so no one was a stranger. Nova Care have always been flexible and supportive with visiting times when the need arose to accommodate other appointments. They also notified me to reduce the attendance time, as they felt that the carers could complete in a shorter time without compromising care given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nova Care to anyone looking for a company with carers you can trust.

My 91-year-old dad has been receiving daily visits from the Nova Care team for a month now. He and my mum look forward to the visits and it has taken the pressure off both my mum and I. Dad's carers are so accommodating, caring, patient, reliable, friendly and professional. During my initial
conversation with the director, I explained what my dad's requirements are and we discussed and agreed on the frequency and duration of visits then she created a care plan to ensure his needs were met. Nothing is too much trouble and I love that I get a daily report on the app. When I had some technical issues with the app, the director rectified the problem efficiently. I also like that my dad has the same carers calling in and that they were each introduced to my parents by the director before they began visiting. It is really reassuring to know that my dad is being cared for by such genuinely kind people and I now have peace of mind. Thank you Nova Care Team, you're all superstars!

I would definitely recommend Nova Care. They are skilled, kind, friendly and responsive to my parents' needs which are not always predictable. All the staff are so kind and I can see that it's more than just a job to them. It gives me peace of mind to know my parents are in good and caring hands
when I'm not around.
