I found all the carers supplied were of a high standard and very pleasant to have in our home . They all had slightly different skills but all were very helpful and supportive at a difficult time for us. The care was also well organised. It was always easy to talk to the main office.

I have been using Audley Care for at least a year. My husband uses them twice a day to wash, dress and generally keep a check on his welfare. We have found them kind, considerate and cheerful. They are dedicated to their job and we look forward to their visits.

I have been using Audley Care cleaners since I moved into Audley Village nearly four years ago. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work and professionalism.

I came to the Audley Foundation Fundraising event that the care team organised. It was such a lovely afternoon with a variety of stalls. The team are so happy and have an amazing rapport with each other and the service users. It was truly heartwarming. The manager and another member of staff in
particular deserve high praise indeed for the warmth and dedication that shone through for all to see. Well done.

We have housekeeping once a week just for an hour. The assistant is always cheerful and very flexible and gets through many tasks in the time allocated. We do not need care at the moment but I would be happy to request this when necessary.

We have been resident at Stanbridge Earls since 2021. During this time my wife's dementia has progressed to now find her doubly incontinent and needing a two-person hoist from bed to wheelchair and return. Without exception every member of Audley Care Staff have conducted themselves cheerfully fully
competent and giving my wife an outstanding service. They enthusiastically volunteer for any additional care that I may require when I take my respite breaks.

We have been resident for a year now and use the service for household cleaning only. There have been several changes of personnel during the year, some have been excellent including the current cleaners, while others have been less so. Management has not been meticulous in informing us of any
changes, which is imperative when admitting an unknown person into one's home.

I am using the Housekeeping Service once a week. The provider who comes regularly to me is very helpful, thorough with cleaning, polite and thoughtful. She keeps good time and is very good at managing her tasks and is adaptable to whatever is asked of her. I am most grateful for her help and value
it.

The housekeeping team at Audley Stanbridge Earls are helping me to keep my home clean and tidy each week. Although this is the only help I require at present, I am conscious that in the future, I may need personal care and I feel that I will be much happier having already become familiar with the
care team ladies.

My experience is limited to Domestic Cleaning so far with occasional health advice. The whole team have been a pleasure to work with, I am confident they can meet our future needs.

My experience of care of Audley is extremely good. There is always someone available to assist you. They treat one with great respect and are so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they have loads of patience!

We have used the Audley Stanbridge Earls care service mainly for help with housekeeping. Our requirements have been met willingly and the work carried out is both efficiently and cheerfully. We have been very satisfied and will continue to use the service.

All staff I have met so far are kind and helpful.

In this case, the care was an hours ironing carried out in my flat. The task was done within the hour and completed efficiently and cheerfully.

Just often arriving in Audley Stanbridge my husband had an exceptional long heart procedure. Shortly after he went into shock, shaking uncontrollably and lost all colour. We called a carer. They were quick and supportive. After a 111 call, and a later check from a doctor, and then continued support
from carers, all was well. A second occasion was more serious. I was frightened and not knowing the local hospital. Our head carer drove us both to Southampton. thank you.
