My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of palliative care that the staff at Care 24/7 provided for my mother-in-law. The carers came to our home three times a day, for nearly six months, to help support us to look after 'Mum'. The agency ensured that Mum had regular carers, so that
despite her advanced dementia, she was able over time to 'recognise' the carers and build a relationship with them. The carers always greeted Mum with a cheerful disposition and showed nothing but kindness and compassion towards her, often going over and above what was expected to help Mum.
My wife and myself spoke with Mum's carers every day and felt very reassured by their experience and knowledge of providing care for people at this stage of their life. The carers were very reliable and always stayed the full time they were booked for.
The owners and office manager were also very supportive and accommodating and we can't thank them enough for all they did.

My husband had a number of carers looking after him. All experienced, gentle and ready to chat as well as very good at their job. He looked forward to seeing them. Overall an excellent service. I would recommend this company giving peace of mind and trusting them.

Care 24/7 Healthcare Limited very quickly put the care package in place. The carers were amazing, so kind and friendly, my sister had complete trust in them to look after her. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of their services.

In December, we were devastated to learn our mum had bile duct cancer. After a double stent operation, she was discharged with only days or weeks to live. Thanks to your exceptional care, she came home and spent seven precious months with us - surrounded by love, comfort, and dignity. Your team
became part of our family, supporting not just mum but all of us. You helped us focus on togetherness, not just illness. Every visit lifted her spirits, and your compassion gave us strength. When the time came, you were there - and she whispered "thank you." That moment meant everything. Care 24/7 brought light to our darkest days. We are forever grateful. You are truly priceless.

My husband's carers have been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning they have shown such kindness, patience & professionalism that has truly made all the difference to us all. Their care goes beyond just meeting his needs, they provide comfort, reassurance & genuine compassion that
brings him a sense of dignity & security. Every carer has treated my husband with respect always taking time to listen & support him in a way that feels personal & heartfelt. Their dedication has taken a huge weight off our shoulders, allowing us to focus on being a family rather than constantly worrying. We honestly could not have managed without them. They are more than carers they've become a vital part of our journey & we cannot thank them enough for all they do each & every day.

We have been using this service for a while ,privately for my son .I only can say good things about this company .We have find their service very reliable And caring ,which is difficult to find with big companies.
Carers we have had were really good and administrative staff always there for you
and will try to help .
My son is happy and we are happy with our choice .

Was very happy with the service provided , easy to communicate, carers always caring and smiling. Always asked what else they can help, never left the property until carers sure everything and more are done. Definitely in future we will need a carer again, and now we know where to call. Despite only having my wife at home for less than two weeks before her death. The carers I met were professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble and they treated my wife with respect.

Myself and my mother found all the staff of Care24/7 to be professional, caring, passionate and considerate. They were sensitive to my mother's needs and treated her with dignity and respect. It was reassuring to know that she was in such good hands. Thank you to you all.

my first experience of homecare. everybody has been wonderful. nothing is too much trouble. I didn't realise how easy it was going to be . they have given me comfort at a very difficult time. I don't have the words to express my thanks,...they are literally life savers.

The carers are absolutely wonderful my mum is blind and bed bound and can sometimes be confused, they treat her with respect and kindness nothing is to much for them.
Also I was very nervous when I went into the office the management made me feel calm and relaxed.

For 2half yrs my father received the best care from the Carers. Above and beyond care .The carers put themselves out for my father in many ways ..My father loved the carers and many became his friends too ,also the trust between them was great .

I would like to say a big thank you to all of the care assistants that helped care for my mum when she was terminally ill. The compassion and service was second to none. Every care assistant treated my mum with respect and dignity at the end of her life. A massive thank you to all who attended and

My partner has developed a good relationship with the carers. They are all very kind to him, treat him with respect and always ask if there is anything else they can do. They also supplied me with some pads when mine had not been delivered.

I would happily recommend Care 24/7 Healthcare. They looked after Dad in his last few weeks with compassion and kindness, nothing was too much trouble. They somehow managed to wash his hair, even though he was bed bound.
On the few occasions they were running late, they rang to let us know.
My
dad always said what a good team they were. I am very grateful for all they did for Dad.

I am eternally grateful to the care team that looked after my dad on his final journey in life. The team were professional, caring and compassionate. They provided excellent support to us all. I was worried about my dad being at home when he was end of life but the care team cared and, with his
dignity intact, it all worked out so very well. He also got his wish of staying in his own home.
