The staff at Sienna cared for my father for over a year before he went into a home. They always arrived on time, and if not, would always notify me. Their care was always very good, and everyone was always friendly. I can highly recommend them if you need care for a loved one.

We have been working with the lovely care staff at Sienna home care for a while now and they always go above and beyond. Every single person who comes to look after my dad treats him with respect and dignity. I cannot recommend them enough. Look no further if you are looking for a home care agency for your.loved one.

The care provided for my mum during her illness has been exceptional. Everyone at Sienna Home Care Ltd has shown an outstanding level of empathy and care. They deal with every situation with professionalism and humour, often going above and beyond. I can't thank them all enough and have no hesitation in recommending this company if you or your loved one need care.

My experience with this service is that it has been exemplary. My elderly mother has been looked after with consideration, compassion, patience and good humour. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and would encourage anyone thinking of booking the service, to do so!

We had excellent service from Sienna Home Care. The carers they provided have all been professional, friendly and thoughtful. We have full trust in them. One carer in particular has gone above and beyond, with levels of care that are absolutely exemplary. We cannot thank them enough.

Superb service from Sienna home care. Everyone who has cared for my mum has been excellent - so thoughtful, friendly and professional. She is totally at ease with them and all of us (her family) have complete faith in them. To trust people with the care of your elderly mum is hard to do but I can say wholeheartedly that the carers with Sienna Home Care have all been beyond our expectations. I can't thank them enough. All are excellent, but one has gone so far above and beyond, she's treated mum as well as if she was her own. Thank you all so very much.

We have your carers come in each evening to help my husband to get ready for bed. He gets on well with all the carers. I find it very helpful for their help and it takes the pressure off me a bit. With hindsight I would have got them in sooner.

Mum has been very happy with the care received, as have I. She struggles with new people but the carers from Sienna became like an extended family. I am very happy that all Mum's needs are being met.

The Eastleigh team strikes just the right balance between friendly and warm interactions with our mum, alongside keeping an appropriate eye on any potential safeguarding issues, and taking action as required. They are a great source of company and practical support to our mum and also keep me and my sister in the loop which is really important to us.

Mum has been having care since January 2024. Mum was very hesitant about having care in but has now accepted it and enjoyed having the girls in for showering and company. I would definitely recommend this company.

The care given to my Mum was exemplary and second to none they went above and beyond for both my Mum and Dad and nothing was too big or too small. I cannot recommend them enough. Even at family events someone would come and look after Mum for us so she could enjoy the event too.

The company provides an excellent service for my father. They keep me up to date on things and provide complete assurance that he is being looked after. Dad always has positive comments to make about his carers and enjoys their daily visits.

Very caring team. They always go above and beyond and have been excellent in helping my father be safe and remain in his own home. I cannot fault their care, help and understanding. Their communications are always excellent, very thorough and I have always received speedy replies to my e-mails.

This company has been providing care for my elderly mother for a few months now. I'm constantly amazed, and reassured, by their compassion, their proactive thinking, and their understanding of her difficulties in day-to-day life. The management team are always focused on providing the best care possible, as is every single one of their carers. When making such an important decision for your loved one, it's wonderful to have the reassurance of knowing this team go the extra mile, every day.

Excellent service with excellent caring staff. Reliably attendance always on time. Difficult times with my mother were dealt with professionally right to the end of her life when the carers were in attendance.

Amazing, fantastic care staff. Thoughtful, engaging, relationship builders, nothing is too much for them to help their clients. My father looked forward to seeing them daily, and very much enjoyed a weekly trip out.

I have been fortunate that after I came out of the hospital this company started to come to my house three times a day to look after my care, help me with my medication and assist me around the house. Three times a day I had a carer visit me and every visit was a pleasure. The ladies were always happy, pleasant and of course very caring. I am so pleased and grateful for all the amazing help and assistance I have received.

I have only good things to say about this company. Great communication. The carers are fantastic. Dad really looks forward to the carer arriving. The suggestion of companion time for Dad has been excellent. We have been sent photos when he goes out. It's working well and has taken the stress level down when we know carers are regularly visiting him.
