Emma and the team have provided brilliant care for our dad on a weekly basis from doing his shopping for him, cleaning and helping him wash himself. Nothing is too much trouble and it gives us reassurance to know he is being looked after on the days we're unable to see him. Thank you.

The staff at Sienna cared for my father for over a year before he went into a home. They always arrived on time, and if not, would always notify me. Their care was always very good, and everyone was always friendly. I can highly recommend them if you need care for a loved one.

Superb service from Sienna home care. Everyone who has cared for my mum has been excellent - so thoughtful, friendly and professional. She is totally at ease with them and all of us (her family) have complete faith in them. We have your carers come in each evening to help my husband to get ready for bed. He gets on well with all the carers. I find it very helpful for their help and it takes the pressure off me a bit. With hindsight I would have got them in sooner.

Mum has been very happy with the care received, as have I. She struggles with new people but the carers from Sienna became like an extended family. I am very happy that all Mum's needs are being met.

The Eastleigh team strikes just the right balance between friendly and warm interactions with our mum, alongside keeping an appropriate eye on any potential safeguarding issues, and taking action as required. They are a great source of company and practical support to our mum and also keep me and my sister in the loop which is really important to us.

Mum has been having care since January 2024. Mum was very hesitant about having care in but has now accepted it and enjoyed having the girls in for showering and company. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service with excellent caring staff. Reliably attendance always on time. Difficult times with my mother were dealt with professionally right to the end of her life when the carers were in attendance.
