I have been fortunate that after I came out of the hospital this company started to come to my house three times a day to look after my care, help me with my medication and assist me around the house. Three times a day I had a carer visit me and every visit was a pleasure. The ladies were always happy, pleasant and of course very caring. I am so pleased and grateful for all the amazing help and assistance I have received.
Dear Barry, thank you so much for taking the time to send us such a lovely review. We are so glad to hear you are happy with the care we have provided. It is always nice to receive such lovely feedback.
I have only good things to say about this company. Great communication. The carers are fantastic. Dad really looks forward to the carer arriving. The suggestion of companion time for Dad has been excellent. We have been sent photos when he goes out. It's working well and has taken the stress level down when we know carers are regularly visiting him.
Thank you so much for your lovely review; we are so pleased to be able to make a difference to your father. It is always a pleasure supporting him, as providing excellent care is what we strive for, and it's lovely to receive such wonderful feedback.
My experience with this company has been, over the past few years, a delight. The carers are kind to Mum and myself, always keep me updated when anything changes, professional in every way.
Dear Theresa, thank you so much for your lovely review, we are so pleased to hear that you are happy with the care and support we provide for your mum and also that you too are happy. It is a pleasure supporting Mum and so nice to receive such positive feedback, I will make sure it is passed on to the rest of the team.
I have been having this company for nearly one year. I find the carers very friendly and always go above and beyond.

I highly recommend this company. My father, who suffers from dementia, was ver challenged. The daily carer treated my father with respect and dignity. Their professionalism and sense of humour made a real difference to my mother and the wider family.
Dear Susan, thank you for your kind words. We are so pleased we made a difference to your father and your family, we feel privileged to have been able to provide your father's care.
Their commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty is a testament to their dedication and passion for their work. It's truly inspiring because they take the time to buy small presents for my wife, making her feel wanted and cared for. These thoughtful gestures can make a significant difference to her life, and it's touching to see that the company prioritises her well-being.
Taking care of someone with Parkinson's dementia requires a great deal of patience, understanding and compassion and this company possesses all of these qualities and more. They have undoubtedly made my wife's life better and more worthwhile, providing her with the care and attention she needs to live as comfortably as possible.
In summary, this company has shown exceptional professionalism, kindness and compassion in caring for my wife. Their dedication to their work and their clients is truly admirable and they are an asset to the care community. My wife is fortunate to have such wonderful carers and I am pleased to express my appreciation for their outstanding service.
Thank you.
We required care for my father-in-law. The company was efficient, flexible and very caring. They did their best to find carers available to suit the times we needed and worked hard to find extra care at short notice when it was required. We were always informed of any issues of delays and knew we could rely on all members of the team. The carers always made sure that my father-in-law was looked after and engaged in conversations which interested him. They often encouraged him to get up and out, which was not always easy! If we had any questions or needed some advice, there was always someone on the end of the phone or email offering support. We knew we were leaving him in safe hands. All members of the team were chatty and very positive. They were incredibly patient and caring and did a great job caring for my father-in-law, even in a busy family home. Thank you for all your hard work. We all really appreciate what you have done for our family.
It was lovely to support your father in law, and we wish you all the best in the future.
My mother has been fiercely independent for many years. The decision to involve strangers in her care was not taken lightly. However, from the first point of contact and throughout I have been reassured and heartened by the kindness, care and professionalism shown by all concerned. Every effort was made to afford her dignity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of this company.

Excellent service from day one.

Meet the Team (3)
Founded in 2019 by a dedicated husband and wife team, our care company was born out of a shared passion for transforming the perception of care services. As directors, we were driven by a desire to challenge the negative stigma often portrayed in the news and to redefine what quality care truly means. Our mission is to create a compassionate, professional, and person-centred approach, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and cared for in the way they deserve. Together, we are committed to raising standards and showcasing the positive impact care can have on people’s lives. Our company, Sienna Home Care is named after our daughter, whose name inspires everything we stand for. The name "Sienna" represents warmth, strength, and a natural, nurturing spirit – qualities that are at the heart of our care philosophy. Just as we cherish and care for our own family, we strive to extend that same level of compassion and dedication to every individual we support. For us, Sienna is more than a name; it’s a symbol of love, integrity, and the belief that everyone deserves exceptional care
My care journey began in 2005 in childcare as a nanny where I gained my Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, but I later transitioned to adult care, driven by a deeply personal connection. My passion for supporting older adults grew whilst caring for my beloved Nan, who had Dementia. I spent my evenings with her, helping my mum, who was her primary carer, and those moments inspired my commitment to providing dignified, compassionate care. I am a Level 5 qualified professional in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, Level 3 in Safeguarding, and FREDA champion, and I am also a certified trainer in medication administration and first aid for Sienna Home Care. I am proud to combine my expertise and empathy to ensure the highest standards of care and feel I bring a wealth of experience and heartfelt passion to my role as a Registered Manager.
I began my journey into care at 18, inspired by a personal experience during a stay in a hospital where the staff’s compassion and dedication motivated me to pursue a career in helping others. Starting as a carer, I worked my way up over 11 years, taking on roles as a senior carer, coordinator, and now Care Manager. Along the way, I achieved my Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management in Adult Care and Level 3 in Safeguarding. I am the Manual Handling trainer for Sienna Home Care and I am also proud to be a Health and Well Being Champion for both staff and clients, promoting physical and mental wellness through supportive initiatives, resources, and open communication. My passion lies in improving outcomes for the people we support, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and live with dignity, independence, and a sense of well-being
