As my father's health declined and it became clear he could no longer live independently, finding the right support became our top priority. I selected Carefound because of their CQC rating, excellent client reviews, and the convenience of having a local office nearby.
Since then, they have
demonstrated a sincere commitment to my father's wellbeing, offering incredible flexibility and adapting his care package seamlessly as his needs evolve.

This was my husband's first experience of live in respite care and he was very anxious. The carer was so kind and attentive that he has been reassured and happy to use the service again. Thank you to Carefound and the carer for enabling me to have a lovely break. We will be asking you again.

My experience as a first time service was very good. I had a one week respite care while my private carer (of eight years) was on holiday. The care manager came and introduced me to the company and then came with the carer on their first day. By the end of the week became to my ways. I have
Parkinson's syndrome with no dementia, I was very pleased to be treated with dignity and I have booked two more separate months later in the year. The carers showed signs of good training. I was very concerned that the accounts department took a repeat payment of my account. This was rectified quickly with an apology.

All appointments made are assisted by a carer being in attendance by taking my partner to fulfill her appointments and escorted back home. This arrangement is working quite well and satisfactory. Also help is provided when required to carry out ironing, bedmaking and other light household duties
such as light meals, also gentle walks and exercises are carried out including blood pressure checks.

Although my mother is only receiving welfare visits in her care home at the current time these are very satisfying for her. It is reassuring to have issues raised by the carers as I only see what happens in the evenings.

The team at West Bridgford provide an efficient and compassionate service. We have found their communication to be excellent and are reassured that they will contact us if any issues arise that need sorting. The office team in particular are quick to respond to queries and they are willing to change
arrangements or provide additional services to fit with the needs of the service user.

My husband has been receiving support from the staff at the West Bridgford branch for a few months.
Both carers are unfailingly kind, patient and have got to know him well.
Although he is no longer able to anticipate their visits, while they are present he enjoys their conversation and support.
The staff in the office always quick to respond to my queries and have shown flexibility when I needed to change arrangements.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Carefound Home Care and feel reassured by the professional approach of all staff members I have met.

Very friendly and efficient service. Lots of extra information about further support has been provided and the liason with the GP is very useful. Communication is efficient and straightforward and it is very useful being able to see immediate feedback on the app. The carers provide a friendly and

Excellent care for Mum was provided by a number of carers. Always on time, polite and considerate, and act according to Mum's wishes and needs. Work with Mum to maintain independence and mobility and watch health issues carefully. I am always kept informed and called if there are any issues or
concerns noted. Lots of liaison on return from a recent hospital stay and to increase levels of care when needed.
Very considerate of being in someone's home, looking after that as well as Mum.
Slightly more costly than some other options but worth it for peace of mind, professional outlook, and reliability.

We have been using Carefound Homecare since March and couldn't be more pleased. My mother was quite nervous about having a carer visit but she now looks forward to it. Every carer she sees has taken the time to get to know her and the time they spend together makes such a difference to her. They are
always so punctual and manage to get so much done in the time they have! We appreciate how well-informed we are kept as well. Thank you.

My elderly parents had excellent care from Carefound. The carers were all kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They went above and beyond their normal duties which was much appreciated by our family.

Mum is provided with excellent care and companionship and I know views her carers as friends. Her quality of life has improved and also that of her family as it was becoming difficult to manage Mum's care 24/7. The management are adaptable to any changes requested where possible.

I find it hard to review something when I have not been using the service for that long. I feel my carer and myself are now getting to know one another better. There have been rather too many breaks since joining Carefound on an ad-hoc basis, due to unforeseen circumstances, and this has slowed the
'getting to know you' process, but I feel we are there now. My family is in the USA are paying for your service, I don't know how much.

We have been very pleased with the quality of care given to my mother. Carers are friendly and very sensitive to Mum’s needs. The level of service is highly professional and is underpinned by the excellent management by one staff member in particular. She has been immediately available to answer any
questions I may have and highly efficient. Whilst on holiday, I have appreciated being able to look at the app to see how my mum is doing. I am delighted to recommend this service.

Delighted to give a five-star review (would have given you more, if that was possible). We have been receiving two visits per week for many weeks now. It has been a boon to have the continuity of the same person coming out on every visit. This has provided us with the obvious advantages, but also
the reassurance that you operate with long-term staff rather than short-term stand-ins. The caregiving staff have been courteous, considerate and knowledgeable. More importantly, they seem to be dedicated to their role and not simply doing a job.
Your organisational setup is superb. You have provided us with an App to easily access your digital records and see the care plans and the updates after each visit. You have also kept in touch with us through regular emails and telephone calls. All in all, an excellent set-up and wonderful people. Thank you.

Prior to Carefound Home Care supporting us, my mum was admitted to hospital. She had been adamant that she was coping with looking after herself and wouldn't need help when she was discharged. The carers did not rush the visits when my mum got anxious. Slowly, my mum is gaining confidence and is
engaging with them more. We have had to try a variety of different time slots and the Carefound team has been eager to work with me to get a schedule that best suits my mum.
This week, a carer spotted similar symptoms to those that caused my mum to be admitted to hospital. The manager contacted me about her concerns and offered to liaise with our GP. The team worked together to make arrangements for tests and took her down to the pharmacist to be reviewed as well. I was kept informed on progress.
I would highly recommend the team for its caring, professional service. Also, it has provided lovely personal touches - thanks for the coronation cupcake. I couldn't be happier to have found Carefound!
