The carers is excellent & very nice easy going. She does everything nice and steady and she does not rush she is very calm and my mum is recieving brilliant care. The carer comes on time and doesn't come late. Love this company wonderful staff and we like Forever Care (Walsall) company.

Good staff. Treating very well to my mother in law as a family member. From this I am very happy for that. I have appreciated the face that you have sent carers who are speaking the required language with my mother which has helped alot.

My partner is disabled and has mixed dementia and is cared for 3 times a day. All carers are professional and always show respect and compassion to her. Although she is non-communicative, they always chat to her and make her feel at ease. Have had some problems with things, but these were resolved after a phone call. Generally, she has continuity with carers, which helps her a lot (seeing the same faces) would definitely recommend Forever Care.

Everything is well. The management are very understanding and workable and listen to our needs for our parent. They have worked well with us as a family and are always available if there is any pressing need.

After trying 3 other care companies, Forever care really understood my dad's care requirements at home, carers who provided an outstanding quality service. My dad use to look forward for the carers to come, to which I owe them a huge thank you.

Excellent, reliable and personal care for my dad, always very kind and considerate. Our main carer is fantastic with my dad always going the extra mile to support dad and the family. Experiencing many caring companies over the last few years this is the best one we have had.

My mother has been looked after 4 times daily by Forever Care for around 18 months. Over that time she has had 2 main carers and honestly I can't fault either of them. The standard of care was fantastic and the professionalism and compassion they showed my mother has been second to none. We have used other care providers in the past and I can honestly say that Forever Care are by far and away the best. Contact with management has also been excellent. If I have raised any minor issues they have always been satisfactorily dealt with and communicated back to me promptly. I know from experience how draining and difficult it can be to get good quality care for a loved one, and honestly would recommend Forever Care to anybody in a similar situation to what I have gone through, they have been excellent throughout.

The carers are professional, caring, kind ladies who provide wonderful care and support for my mother . It gives me and my brother much reassurance to know this....we can't thank them enough for everything they do.

I would not reccomend this care company to anyone. My mother's care was appaling carers did not meet her needs i:e with her personal care. They came late and always left early they spent most of there time in her kitchen and never really made any conversation with her. Sadly my mum has passed away it was my intent to get her back into the care home where she spent two weeks on respite and she loved it and kept asking when can I go back due to a incident that happened sadly that was not a option. We did complain to care company but manager was always in meetings we also put in a formal complaint to cqc

This lady's care was worrying she was diabetic they did not ring us till after tea she is diabetic and her reading was 3 when I went round. I agree with other review I have read they do need training as she had not eaten all day due to having a infection.

Reliable, friendly company representatives and a very professional & punctual service in timekeeping. Always helpful and do not shy away from any requests they are asked to do regarding helping my wife.

Overall I am satisfied and appreciate my care package. However, when my support workers use excessively their mobile phones it supports my paranoia and schizophrenia that I am being spied on. When I have no contact with the management other than a Christmas card it just makes me feel like a number, but my support workers are very good at a home job. I do need prompting to take medication and help with housework, clothes and duvet changes for this I am grateful.

After 2 previous disappointing care companies, we were introduced to Forever Care. They have looked after my mother who is suffering with dementia with compassion, patience, professionalism and are able to undertake all aspects of home care. They have gone above any beyond to meet all our family expectations. We have consistency in the carers and the timings of each home visit. The carers maintain hygiene at all times and staff are friendly, polite and always smiling. I would recommend Forever Care to anyone seeking professional care at home.

Very pleased with the support we have received from the carers. My husband is very happy with them too. Nothing is too much trouble. The management have worked with us too. Would be glad to recommend them to anyone.

My care is excellent in every way. He is caring, respectful, always eager to help me in every way. Totally organised, and very pleasant and polite at all times. I really feel we are so lucky to have him in our home.

Overall satisfactory, but on two occasions, the carers have not turned up. My mum is diabetic and this could have caused problems. A little more training is needed as most of the staff have very little to no knowledge of what to do if Mum falls ill and has a hypo. If this can be addressed, I think we could be well on our way to an excellent score. Communication is difficult for my mum and some of your staff do not have a good grasp of English language yet.

The carers are very good with my mom. They are polite and treat her with dignity, and if I tell them anything about mom's needs they carry it out. The two girls on the 5 and 9 shift are very good.

Forever Care carers are very friendly and good at their job. The care I have is excellent I cannot fault the overall care and support experience I am receiving. Always have a laugh and a joke which makes my day. Also, they are very pleasant.
