The carers make my Mum feel relaxed. She was initially unsure of people coming into her house, but she looks forward to the visits now, it puts a smile on her face. They are always so polite and helpful, show real care and compassion, and I am so glad that we picked you!

My mum has had the carers for over a year now and she is very happy and comfortable with them all. She always praises them to me with their names. Would recommend this company as very efficient, friendly and caring.

A friend of mine who was becoming extremely stressed looking after her elderly mother was at her wits end as she was trying to manage her full time job and look after her own family.
She contacted Seven Star Care as a mutual friend referred them to her.
Seven Star Care have turned things around
for her and her mother, they have been able to take control of a situation that was becoming very stressful and difficult.
My friend has said to me now she can go back to being her mothers daughter rather than her carer and they can now enjoy each others company, if it wasn't for Evelyn who has been just incredible putting a plan together to make everyone's life so much easier she doesn't know what would have happened.

All the carers sent to look after my husband have been kind, caring and supportive. The company have gone out of their way to help us both manage my husband's illness. I have been very happy with the service provided by Seven Star

All the carers that attend my mum are friendly and helpful. They assist in many different tasks always with a great attitude.

Sevenstarcare Ltd have been providing care for my wife for over a year now.
Their service has been excellent starting from the initial meeting with the manager, to the present.
All their carers have been professional, kind and courteous at all times. They're always willing to help out with other
chores. They've taught us some cooking recipes too.
Occasionally, we've had to change our days and each time, Sevenstarcare have accommodated our requests.
I highly recommend this company because the level of care they have provided has been way better than any of the previous carers they we'd employed.

This is the 4th service provider my Aunt has experienced in the last years and are easily the best providing compassionate care, and prompt reliable service with a core base of carers which is important for my aunt as she does not cope with change being in her 90s.

Very reliable and friendly service committed to the needs of my mum. They are in regular contact with me if there are any problems, which provides welcome peace of mind and are also very supportive and proactive in everything they do.

Overall my husband and I are very happy with the care provided. Very attentive to her needs, excellent nursing care and provides very much needed companionship. Their help and support is very much appreciated by us. We don't know what we would do without them.
