Olam staff have been working with my disabled son for 18 months now. We tried other care providers first and Olam staff have been by far the best. They have provided a personal and friendly service and make their visits fun. Staff are always friendly and happy which means a lot to us with my son
only being in his 20's which always helps.
We have recently had to contact Social Services for emergency care which Olam have been extremely flexible and helpful in providing.
Nothing seems too much trouble and we are extremely grateful.

Carers are always smartly dressed. very pleasant and helpful. They are like family to speak to. Very hard working. A credit to the care service.

The care my mother has received from the carers is exceptional . They are compassionate, attentive , especially their kindness , patience in difficult situations. She is always treated with respect and dignity and they are always cheerful and positive,

We have been with Olam for a year now and have absolutely no problems at all with our carers. They are kind and always try to do things the way you would like them. They give you time and always arrive at the time you've arranged. We are really happy with Olam and wouldn't want to change. All of the
carers and management are managed so well and run a very happy and efficient company who put the clients first.

Olam have been so good for me. The carers are always there whenever I need to speak to them. The girls are friendly and helpful. We laugh and sometimes sing both being very good for me. Keep up the good work Olam.

All carers visiting my husband have been intelligent, polite well managed and extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile. I cannot praise them highly enough.

The carers we extremely friendly and lifted our spirits with every visit.
They made what could be an awkward job a lot easier due to their nature and friendly approach.
They took extra care to not only carry out the required tasks but took time to interact with us and discuss normal day to day
life which was great considering we were at the time house bound.

Victoria at Olam Care was fantastic! She always kept me in the loop of safeguarding concerns and my Mum's health and well being.
She worked around my working hours and we regularly communicated through text.

Excellent kind and person centred service. Outstanding staff I can not recommend to highly they were responsive to the changing needs of our parents while providing care home communication was excellent with the office staff.
