All the carers done a wonderful job looking after my mum with respect and care always polite and well dressed and always on time they rang the emergency services when needed with good communication I will recommend them to anyone needing help

The care that I received from Violet Home Care was excellent. I received care from the 10th September to the 8th of November. From the moment the first carer came through my door, I became aware that I was going to have good care. What I found wonderful was that the same carer, whose name began
with A, was going to be coming most days, so that a good relationship between the client and the carer became possible. I think that that is an excellent way to provide home care.
The home care owner is a lovely, friendly lady and very efficient. Should I ever require home care in future, Violet Home Care would be the company that I would contact. Thank you all.

My friend recently had a fall resulting in her needing carers to visit her 4 times daily, she couldn't wish for better care, with carers she feels she can trust to help her with her daily care. I have been there when the carers visit and they have built a good relationship with her. The same carers
visit daily unless it's their day off so the continuity of care is excellent.
I would highly recommend Violet Home Care, the carers are provide a professional and friendly service.

Good response from Managers. Friendly and punctual staff with some very caring members who show respect and get to know the service-user. Staff are willing to learn. Sometimes seem hurried. Usually communicate if there's going to be a delay.

All carers are always willing to help with all needs necessary . All are polite and pleasant with a very impressive uniform.They always arrive within the required timeframe always use my name and have smiles also very genuine with a sense of humour and never feel rushed . Very satisfied overall .

The Violet team were extremely friendly and helpful. Sympathetic to my father's needs, taking the time required and patience to offer a complete quality service.
No job was too dirty or too much. The team familiarised themselves with our surroundings and needs in a very professional manner.

As much as they care and do their job with full satisfaction they actually take time and effort to look after me as an individual on a personable level and not just "one of their clients". I feel we've built more than a client/carer relationship and it's more of a friendship. After coming out of
hospital and being reliant on others, I'm very grateful that they have done the best for me to grown my independence

Client is very happy with the carers. The carers are very helpful and gentle. Always very punctual and efficient with all tasks carers are chatty with client and supportive.

My family are absolutely in unison with the fact that Dad's care time have been exemplary in all depatments. They are courteous, respectful and considerate to all Dad's needs as well as exhibiting humour and understanding.

We continue to have an excellent experience with Violet Home Care. Mum has 3 regular carers and really likes them all, and often comments on how lucky she is to have such lovely carers. All the team at Violet are very supportive and really work with us to ensure Mum's care and safety.
After Mum's
recent hospital stay, Violet were really efficient, proactive and flexible to enable additional care for when she came home.
Would highly recommend.

We have found the overall service from Violet Care to be very good and significantly better than previous agencies.
In the early stages before the care started I did find I was chasing a lot and didn't find the communication that good at that point, however once the care started things were way
better.
A particular staff member has been particularly good not only in her timekeeping (really consistent) but also in the way she interacts with mum.
Communication is good, the careers do inform us if they are likely to be delayed at all, which is great as we are able to tell mum not to worry, this has been very good.
I know my sister has seen a few inconsistencies when that particular staff member isn't visiting but we think this is just familiarisation with the routines and this has been discussed and Violet Home Care have looked to help us ensure it's consistent across the 3 carers that do visit.
Hence the 4 stars simply reflect that it's very good but just a few minor things we're working to improve.

My father was looked after so tenderly in his last weeks by all the staff of Violet Homecare. He was treated with dignity and respect at all times and everyone who was involved went above and beyond to give him the best possible care. They kept in touch with me on pretty much a daily basis, whenever
they had any concerns at all. I could not have been been more reassured that he was being looked after at the times I couldn't be there. Highly recommend this company.

I like the carers who come. We get the same carers for my husband so good continuity of care. One particular carer is very good with the medication. He knows all the ins and outs. My husband likes to joke with the carers and he is happy when he sees them. They all try their best. I give them 10/10.

I have no complaint whatsoever. The girls arrive on time - if there is traffic there is an exception. I have a particular favourite, she is lovely.

Happy always with the care and the carers. They keep me independent as much as they can.
I live with my sister and we sort out the times for the carers to suit us both. Happy with Violet carers.

The care my mum receives is actually satisfactory. The carers are very friendly and helpful. Also, the admin staff is really helpful and polite.

The staff from Violet Home Care are very friendly and caring. I cannot fault them at all. Mum has been looked after by them for nearly 3 months now and she is very pleased with the level of care she is receiving.

I feel I would be able to recommend this company to anyone. The young ladies sometimes need direction but are always willing.
