Sunlite team has been exceptionally good. They provided carers three times a day for my Godmother since September 2025.
They are punctual. They say what they can do and do what they say.
They strive to maintain continuity of care in sending same carers unless working time directive prevents
this.
No job is too small for them.
They listen to clients and keep client at the center of their care.
Their prices are fair, competitive and reasonable.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
It has genuinely been a blessing to have Sunlite team looking after my 95 years old Godmother who is chair bound and needing Tender loving care.

Sunlite looked after both of my parents for 18 months. It was such a difficult decision to take to invite carers in to their home but I knew that I could not continue to manage their care needs on my own. Sunlite made this so much easier by showing true empathy and kindness to me, as well as mum and
dad. The care shown to my parents was truly wonderful, and the carers became like a second family. They treated my parents as if they were their own, being compassionate, caring and maintaining their dignity. I felt confident knowing that they were well looked after, and that they would tell me of any concerns. Mum is non-verbal with restricted mobility and they spent so much time checking that she was okay at the end of each visit. Sunlite are such lovely people, and it was heartbreaking to say goodbye to them when mum and dad finally moved into 24-hour care. Thank you so much, your help and care meant the world to me. Much love to everyone at Sunlite, I will be forever grateful.

The carers have built an excellent relationship with my Dad and also with me. They look out for any issues with Dad and let me know straight away. Without doubt they have gone above and beyond our expectations on several occasions, not least when paramedics needed to be called.
The carers try to
encourage Dad to make the right decisions for his personal care and safety, in such a way that they give him time to process the information and accept their offers of help.
We have built up a very trusting relationship and are very grateful for the dedication and compassion which is shown to Dad.

The staff at Sunlite are wonderful. I was with them for several years and they helped me so much during my time with them and I will be forever grateful for it. The staff are amazing, kind-hearted, and full of life. They helped me a lot and always left me with a smile on my face. The management team
are wonderful as well, working hard to achieve a time and a date that works for the client with who they prefer to come over and were always happy to listen to you when you called with issues or problems.

Having used various companies in the past I have to say Sunlite are by far the best I have had, I've seen the care and compassion all the carers show towards my mum. They don't rush her in any way, nothing is too much trouble, and will do anything she needs or asks, they have also taken over all her
medication making my life easier.
I totally trust them to care for my mum which isn't easy as she has no mobility, they meet all her needs with great care, and I can't praise or thank Sunlite enough for all that they do.

Sunlite cared for my husband for seven weeks before he sadly passed away on his birthday on the fourth of September. I cannot thank the care team enough for the excellent care and love they gave to my husband, retaining his dignity at all times. He loved the banter he shared with them. Thank you

For the few weeks that Sunlite cared for my father, they were nothing short of a miracle.
All of the ladies that attended were wonderful and treated my father with the utmost respect. My mother and I cannot thank you enough. God bless you all.

Would like to thank you massively for the help in my mum's last days of her life. We have had carers coming four times a day, who were absolutely brilliant and professional. Their approach to their job is astounding, and they've always made sure they did their job properly and always asked if Mum
was comfortable before they left. Mum's disease and her quick passing were a lot to deal with, but their help, it's made things a lot easier. Would recommend this service to anyone who wants their loved ones to be looked after by such lovely people. Thank you, girls; it really meant a lot to have you with us for the last few days. Much love to you all.

The manager and carers are all exceptional.
They cared for my mum's personal care and were very professional throughout the time they dealt with Mum. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond. I'm so very grateful, and I'm sure my late mum will be for the care and devotion you

We had 2 carers, four times a day, to help me with my mum’s personal hygiene. They were all without exception thoroughly professional, treating my mum with the upmost respect and dignity. They were exceptionally caring, kind and were always careful as my mum became more tender and stiff when turning
her. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunlite Health Care. I rate their staff 5 star quality. Thank you to all the caring staff.

All staff are very friendly and do their jobs with the utmost care and very professional. From someone who is 3,0 and did not want care but needed it due to terminal cancer, I was made to feel very comfortable and cared for by all the staff. Thank you very much for that. I would recommend them
wholeheartedly.

When I was notified that my temporary care was stopping and new carers would commence I was very apprehensive. I researched Sunlite and was surprised they were an extremely new company only registered with CQC since August 2020. After an initial assessment, I felt very comfortable. They were a very
small company and we needed a 3 team care package. I did wonder if they could service the contract.
They proved to be a very competent team, dedicated to care with old fashioned values and nursing care. My husband's dignity was always preserved.
It was good to have a mixed team to engage with my husband.
They never rushed my husband's care even though the morning call often ran over our allocated time. They were always on time except for a few times when they called to inform us and never missed a call.
They were very careful with hoisting which was a difficult task on thick pile carpet and a heavy patient. Covid precautions were followed at all times. The pink brightened our day. Thank you.

The carers who looked after my mum were always very friendly and always did a good job. They let me know when they were coming or if they were running a bit late which was very helpful. They made sure that my mum was clean and comfortable and gave me advice on the kind of equipment that was needed
to make caring for my mum a bit easier. If we needed them to come at different times they always did their very best to accommodate our request. Overall I was very happy with the service and so was my mum.

These girls were fantastic with my sister nothing was to much trouble. They cared for her so much and grew to love her we never had any problems with the manager and her team always on time and gave us advice when we needed it.
