Found service to be very good.. Carer arrived on time . carer was friendly and helpful. The office staff were very helpful when I informed them of the fact that my wife had been sent to hospital and my care roster needed to be changed at short notice.

The carers have shown great compassion to my Mum and, in fact, to all the family, at this increasingly difficult time. The service has been reliable and helpful, adapting quickly to a changing situation. The service is also easily contacted at all times during the day with quick responses. I would
like to highly recommend the care and help given.

Luv to Care provided my mother in law with amazing support.
Initially she needed help with meal prep, getting in and out of bed and personal care.
It's difficult accepting strangers into your home but the Luv to care carers were fabulous, reassuring and empathetic to mums needs.
As her needs
grew the carers visits became more frequent and we honestly couldn't have wished for better.
The carers mum had were nothing short of amazing people, backed up by a supportive office staff for help and guidance when needed.
We will be eternally grateful for all their help which enabled mum to have her wish of remaining in her own home until her last few days.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed help snd support in the community.

Luv to Care have been looking after our housebound mum who has dementia for the last year.
They show care compassion and kindness every time. The office staff are polite receptive and helpful.

When we first started having care for Mum, it was just one carer in the morning to help Mum get up,dressed and have breakfast.Within a month due to declining mobility issues, the carers and calls have been increased. This has been accomodated with no problem and the times we requested have been put
in place. The carers are all very friendly and treat Mum with dignity. The office staff are very courteous and have assisted with any changes we have needed.

Luv 2 Care Southampton are a Friendly and Helpful Team of Carers who look after their clients very well and they brighten my day every day my carers comes to to see me and care for me and they are always in a good happy mood.

This company have lovely carers working for them, they are kjbd and friendly and my mum enjoys them coming in to get her up in the morning and helps her to bed at night, I was scepticel at first as she has,always lived independently. Also last month I ran out of night pads for my mum, but this
morning I had a message from the am carer advising her pads were low.i would definitely without a doubt recomend this company.

I have found all of the carers to provide excellent care and they are all lovely, kind, caring, friendly yet professional. I am new to having carers and I honestly have no idea how I used to manage without having carers. The care team send me a weekly rota of who and what time the carers are due
which is very useful. The carers genuinely care about my health and wellbeing. Luv to Care Southampton are an excellent care company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a care provider. Thank you very much to everyone at Luv to Care Southampton.

I am always treated with respect, and the support I receive is 100% catered to my requirements. The ladies who attend me are all lovely and very helpful. I have only had one issue and that was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. First-class care and credit to the caregivers.

The team that look after my FIL are amazing. They are patient, friendly and extremely helpful. They make sure my MIL is ok too. If they have any concerns regarding his health or wellbeing they contact us or the GP.
They always have a smile when they arrive which is lovely.

All staff are very professional, kind and caring. The staff in the office have responded promptly to any requests and queries. Most importantly my Mother likes the carers who visit and look after her.

My sister and I are extremely pleased with the care Mum receives from Luv to Care, the carers are always friendly and chat to Mum about day to day life, they treat Mum with respect and always ask before they do anything.
They highlight any issue with Mum's skin to me and then act on it with the
correct creams prescribed.
Management are very approachable and will help as much as they can, although Mum only needs washing and dressing at the moment I know if we should need more care support it would be given.

My husband has a carer twice a week to bathe him. He is always treated with dignity and is helped to get dressed again. We have now settled down with one regular carer, with whom he has struck up a good rapport.

Luv To Care attends to my mother twice a day, every day, at agreed times-once in the morning and then again in the evening. I receive notification if the carer is running late for any reason. The carers always work with a smile, are courteous, and are very supportive. The work and support they
provide for my mother have given my wife a much-needed break, which is deeply appreciated. Mum is always looked after in a respectful and dignified manner, and it is from this experience that I can wholeheartedly say that if in the future I need to increase the care package, I wouldn't hesitate to use Luv To Care services again.

Luv To Care visit my Mum twice a day, every day.
I receive a rota each week with the time and day the carer will call, and also who is calling.
If there is a need to alter the rota for any reason, I'm always kept in the loop.
If I ever need to add more care/tasks to the week the team/office are
always obliging, courteous and always able to help, even sometimes with short notice.
Mum is always looked after in a respectful and dignified manner. She never suggests she receives anything but excellent care.

I have had a good experience with Luv To Care. Carers have been professional, friendly and helpful. The office has been accommodating with shift times if I needed a certain time for my care. I would recommend.

We are very happy and pleased with the care Mum receives. Mum is treated with care, respect and dignity. The carers are very friendly and have a good rapport with Mum and always keep us informed of any concerns. We have found management to be very accommodating and helpful, arranging additional
visits and administering changes to Mum's medication at short notice. All in all, we are very pleased with and grateful for the care given to Mum.
