I have been extremely impressed with the care and support provided to my mum by Luv To Care. The carers are consistently kind, compassionate, and respectful, and they always treat her with dignity and genuine warmth.
What stands out most is how hardworking and dedicated the team are. They are reliable, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my mum is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. On several occasions they have identified issues that required medical attention and proactively contacted her GP to make sure she received the right support quickly, while also keeping me fully informed every step of the way. That level of diligence and communication has given me enormous peace of mind.
The professionalism and genuine care shown by every member of staff has made a huge difference to both my mum and me. I would not hesitate to recommend this care company to anyone looking for high-quality home care for a loved one.
All the carer are very good and could not ask for better care.
Luv to Care have been fantastic looking after my elderly father who has dementia. Dad lives alone in a retirement flat and needs all-round help, getting up in the morning and going to bed at night, help with toilet, washing and showering, and with his catheter, help with his hearing aids as well as having meals prepared for him. As a family we have absolute confidence in Luv to Care and in particular with the kindness and professionalism of the carers at Luv to Care. Communication is also extremely good, whenever there's an issue we are told about this and at our end we've always been able to speak to someone by phone. Luv to Care also ensures that Dad receives care mostly from the same carer so he's able to build a small relationship with them. All the carers have been fantastic and I can highly recommend Luv to Care.
Carers vary - some excellent, others not so good.
I highly recommend Luv To Care. They have played a major role in improving my quality of life over the last 7-8 months. My experience with two previous care providers was not very good and had played a role in a decline in my health. Luv To Care have been just what I needed. I now have a regular group of lovely carers who take my needs seriously and actually care about how I'm doing. The office staff are friendly and accommodating, and set a regular rota for me in terms of both timings and staff wherever possible. The carers generally keep good time, too, which is crucial for helping me to stay in routine. My care plan is closely tailored to my needs and the carers read it and follow it well. The genuine care displayed and the sensitive way that my visits are carried out contributes massively to my wellbeing. Communication is of a good standard. Calls are usually answered or returned if a voicemail is left and both emails and app messages are picked up and handled in good time.
The timings have been changed sometimes but we have never been left without a carer.
The carers have always obliged with our timing requirements, including days off when we have had an opportunity to have a holiday.
Mum didn't want carers but it was either going into a home or the carers.
They have all been excellent. They help her wash, get dressed if she hasn't already done it before they arrive. They get her breakfast , do odd tasks around the house, give her her medication and sit down for a chat. She loves chatting to them and has her favourites.
This allows mum to keep her independence as much as she can and this gives me peace of mind.
I visit, but I go as a daughter not a carer. This enables me to chat to her.
They have all been brilliant.
I would highly recommend Luv to Care. All staff are amazing and really look after my mum, when she had a fall they placed a pillow under her head and waited with her until help arrived. They message me when her night pads are running low. They treat her with dignity and respect and thats so important to me and mum. My mum didn't want carers at first but now she looks forward to them coming and speaks about them as if they are her friends, which is so lovely to hear her talking about them and their homelife.
I have only positive feedback about my experience with the team at Luv To Care. Their communication with myself as next of Kin has been excellent. They put my mother's best interests at the centre of everything they do. They treat her with respect, kindness and compassion. Their staff are extremely reliable and polite, but at same time will always proactively raise any concerns they may have with my mother's wellbeing. I would never have any reservations about recommending the service they provide.
I highly recommend "Luv to care" care agency. Staff are friendly but professional,if the carer is running late on a call,we are informed by a phone call. Carers meet my mother's needs again in a professional way.Office staff are friendly and approachable and listen and quick to respond to a email. When it is so hard to choose a care agency I have no hesitation to recommend "Luv to care".
Carers very kind and efficient. Office staff very helpful and available, willing to make changes if possible.Good to have a group of regular carers, especially as my husband has Alzheimers. An Agency that helps to make life less stressful.
Found service to be very good.. Carer arrived on time . carer was friendly and helpful. The office staff were very helpful when I informed them of the fact that my wife had been sent to hospital and my care roster needed to be changed at short notice.
The carers have shown great compassion to my Mum and, in fact, to all the family, at this increasingly difficult time. The service has been reliable and helpful, adapting quickly to a changing situation. The service is also easily contacted at all times during the day with quick responses. I would like to highly recommend the care and help given.
Initially she needed help with meal prep, getting in and out of bed and personal care.
It's difficult accepting strangers into your home but the Luv to care carers were fabulous, reassuring and empathetic to mums needs.
As her needs grew the carers visits became more frequent and we honestly couldn't have wished for better.
The carers mum had were nothing short of amazing people, backed up by a supportive office staff for help and guidance when needed.
We will be eternally grateful for all their help which enabled mum to have her wish of remaining in her own home until her last few days.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed help snd support in the community.
Thank you once again!
Luv to Care have been looking after our housebound mum who has dementia for the last year.
They show care compassion and kindness every time. The office staff are polite receptive and helpful.
Our family are happy to recommend Luv To Care
Very friendly careers, always very helpful and excellent communication. Always very willing to sort out additional problems. Very easy to contact the office and ask any questions related to my sisters care
When we first started having care for Mum, it was just one carer in the morning to help Mum get up,dressed and have breakfast.Within a month due to declining mobility issues, the carers and calls have been increased. This has been accomodated with no problem and the times we requested have been put in place. The carers are all very friendly and treat Mum with dignity. The office staff are very courteous and have assisted with any changes we have needed.
Luv 2 Care Southampton are a Friendly and Helpful Team of Carers who look after their clients very well and they brighten my day every day my carers comes to to see me and care for me and they are always in a good happy mood.
I have found all of the carers to provide excellent care and they are all lovely, kind, caring, friendly yet professional. I am new to having carers and I honestly have no idea how I used to manage without having carers. The care team send me a weekly rota of who and what time the carers are due which is very useful. The carers genuinely care about my health and wellbeing. Luv to Care Southampton are an excellent care company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a care provider. Thank you very much to everyone at Luv to Care Southampton.
I am always treated with respect, and the support I receive is 100% catered to my requirements. The ladies who attend me are all lovely and very helpful. I have only had one issue and that was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. First-class care and credit to the caregivers.

This led me to progress in my career from being a Care assistant, to a care supervisor and now my current role, Deputy Care Manager. I am currently working on my NVQ Level 3 and aim to do more”
“I joined Luv To Care in 2022 as a carer and worked my way up, and I currently work as a Senior Care Supervisor, a role I truly enjoy, as it allows me to support both clients and staff while making a positive impact in people’s lives. “My journey at Luv To Care began in 2023, when I joined as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to Care Supervisor. Whilst working in these roles, I have gained knowledge and experience of the inner workings of health care and CQC. I am currently completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and have a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition.
