They always have a smile when they arrive which is lovely.
I was very pleased with all the care workers. They were so kind and caring. Thank you so much for all you help.
All staff are very professional, kind and caring. The staff in the office have responded promptly to any requests and queries. Most importantly my Mother likes the carers who visit and look after her.
Lovely staff. Always pleasant and helpful. It's nice to see a friendly face. I look forward to my visits.
They highlight any issue with Mum's skin to me and then act on it with the correct creams prescribed.
Management are very approachable and will help as much as they can, although Mum only needs washing and dressing at the moment I know if we should need more care support it would be given.
My husband has a carer twice a week to bathe him. He is always treated with dignity and is helped to get dressed again. We have now settled down with one regular carer, with whom he has struck up a good rapport.
Luv To Care attends to my mother twice a day, every day, at agreed times-once in the morning and then again in the evening. I receive notification if the carer is running late for any reason. The carers always work with a smile, are courteous, and are very supportive. The work and support they provide for my mother have given my wife a much-needed break, which is deeply appreciated. Mum is always looked after in a respectful and dignified manner, and it is from this experience that I can wholeheartedly say that if in the future I need to increase the care package, I wouldn't hesitate to use Luv To Care services again.
I receive a rota each week with the time and day the carer will call, and also who is calling.
If there is a need to alter the rota for any reason, I'm always kept in the loop.
If I ever need to add more care/tasks to the week the team/office are always obliging, courteous and always able to help, even sometimes with short notice.
Mum is always looked after in a respectful and dignified manner. She never suggests she receives anything but excellent care.
We are very happy and pleased with the care Mum receives. Mum is treated with care, respect and dignity. The carers are very friendly and have a good rapport with Mum and always keep us informed of any concerns. We have found management to be very accommodating and helpful, arranging additional visits and administering changes to Mum's medication at short notice. All in all, we are very pleased with and grateful for the care given to Mum.
I have had a good experience with Luv To Care. Carers have been professional, friendly and helpful. The office has been accommodating with shift times if I needed a certain time for my care. I would recommend.
Very pleased with the care provided. When I visit my mother during the morning her lunch is already prepared and ready for her each day. She has never said anything negative about any of her carers and generally seems very happy with them.
Very good service, they do very good. The care they give is like they are family. Luv To Care are excellent.
My review actually relates to the service and care provided by Luv To Care since January. I have no need to identify a particular month or incident, their care for my aunt has been consistently excellent. Staff are patient, kind and conscientious. In addition to those virtues, the manager(s)/directors of the company are outstanding. Always cooperative, understanding and professional; always responsive to questions or requests; but also always willing to go the extra mile to make the care they provide as good as possible. The communication flow is excellent and I am kept up-to-date and very well informed. I live 250 miles away from my aunt and, as her LPA, I cannot begin to imagine coordinating and managing her care at long distance without the quality of service she and I get from Luv To Care.
My mother finds the staff very friendly and efficient and that they undertake the tasks required. I find the team very approachable and adaptable to Mother's needs and would and have recommended them to others.
So very pleased to be able to call on the fantastic services of ‘Luv 2 Care’. Nothing is too much trouble, carers sent to my elderly father are very ‘people friendly’ and help him immensely. I’d be lost without them as I don’t live near to my father.
My husband is cared for with respect and dignity in a friendly manner. The same can be said with the relationship with myself. The only difficulty would be with punctuality but this is due to local traffic conditions and last-minute changes with the rotas, which would be out of the hands of the carers themselves.
Love all my carers very attentive and helpful. Especially one, such a lovely lady. They are there for any of my needs and nothing is too much for them. They are always on time, had an occasional lateness.
Both my carers are wonderful. I look forward to their visits. I can talk to them and have a laugh and they never call me 'Sweetie' or 'all right darling' they talk to me as a real person and I'm grateful for that. They listen and really get to know me. It's a shame I can't use names because they both deserve to be named. Thank you to everyone.
I think my carers are very caring and thoughtful. They are also very kind and considerate. I could not be more happy with them. I like them all equally. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I don’t know how I would cope without them.
All the girls asked if there was anything else they could do.
As this is our first experience with any type of carer, it is very difficult to make any judgement.
On the whole, however, we are pleased with the service provided.
I am sorry to see you have had a couple of concerns with the service you have received so far; it is a shame we have not been informed so we could have dealt with any of the concerns you have mentioned straight away. I will arrange a meeting with myself...

“I am the co-founder and Registered Manager of Luv To Care, which opened in May 2020. I have worked in all areas of the company and have enjoyed seeing Luv To Care grow. My varied background in care has assisted me in integrating various aspects of Social Care into our care packages, ensuring we deliver person-centred and safe care. We have continued to grow, learn and develop effectively due to the open and honest communication”
“I started working for Luv To Care in June 2021, I previously was working in catering but felt I wanted a change, as I have a caring nature I wanted to pursue a career in care, this led me to joining Luv To Care, I love to learn new things and really enjoy my time here and making a meaningful impact on individuals lives. This led me to progress in my career from being a Care assistant, to a care supervisor and now my current role, Deputy Care Manager. I am currently working on my NVQ Level 3 and aim to do more”
“I joined Luv To Care in 2022 as a carer and worked my way up, and I currently work as a Senior Care Supervisor, a role I truly enjoy, as it allows me to support both clients and staff while making a positive impact in people’s lives. Additionally, I am a manual handling & First Aid trainer, helping to ensure safe and effective care practices.
I have been working in the care sector for the past eight years, during which I have gained extensive experience in providing quality care and support. I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and am currently working towards my Level 3 qualification.”
“My journey at Luv To Care began in 2023, when I joined as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to Care Supervisor. Whilst working in these roles, I have gained knowledge and experience of the inner workings of health care and CQC. I am currently completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and have a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition. Unknown to me, the catalyst for my career in Social Care was when my son was diagnosed with epilepsy, which inspired me to want to help shape and make a difference on a wider scale. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of the LUV TO CARE SOUTHAMPTON TEAM, being a part of positive change in people's lives.”
“I joined Luv To Care in July 2021 as a care assistant, and I was promoted to Care Supervisor in February 2022. I love my job as Care Supervisor because I love helping people overcome obstacles in their lives and supporting the Care Team to be impactful and proactive in the roles they play out in the community”
