We have only had Luv to Care for a few weeks but the service provided by the Management and the carers has been excellent. The carers are always punctual and are very kind, considerate and patient and nothing is too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending Luv to Care to future clients.
At over 96 years old Dad deteriorated significantly following his fall and we were quite concerned whether he could be well cared for if he returned to his own home as he had wanted. During the 3 months that Dad was in hospital Luv to Care were totally supportive and very responsive to our volatile circumstances as we worked out if and when he could return to his bungalow.
When Dad finally returned home Luv to Care proved as reliable and professional as we had hoped. A kind and caring team led by experienced professionals and reliable management.
Our sincere thanks to all in the team.
We would love to thank you for your kind words and it was such a pleasure to look after and support such as kind and funny person. All team is missing going to dad. All the best.
Being locked down because of Covid I, together with a neighbour, managed my 96 year old mum's care. As things returned to a new normal and I get back to work, which involves a lot of travel, I was in a real quandary as to how this was going to work going forward. With the benefit of hindsight, why should I have ever worried? Luv to Care has done more than I could have ever asked. The carers are simply amazing. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and they manage my mum, not always the easiest of persons, with empathy and a smile. It's a pleasure to review them.
Wonderful team of carers have always been very considerate and nothing too much trouble. Staff and management are excellent caring people.
The ladies from 'Luv To Care' have been looking after my 92 year old mum for 9 months now. They are all very good at everything they do, always polite and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Really very helpful.
Luv To Care took on the package of care for my mother at very short notice at a time she really needed it. All the staff have shown excellent empathy and kindness to my mum. As a patient receiving end-of-life care, the staff have gone above and beyond to provide my mum with the best care possible for the last of her days. I would highly recommend this company as I feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is in the best hands for ensuring both her safety, dignity and care.
Luv to Care are providing a good reliable service of support to my father. My father is happy with the help he is receiving. The carers prepare his lunch every day, make his bed, empty the commodes, clear up and do his evening meal twice a week and change his sheets once a week. They ask him what he wants to eat and are responsive to his needs.
100% better since I have been in the care and since I started having the girls looking after me.
I find them very very helpful.
I am happy with the care. They visit 3 times a week to help with personal care - shower/hair wash - and change of clothing. All the carers know my routine making sure that I am dry between my toes and report any concerns eg: skin conditions. I had a rash so they informed my daughter who contacted my GP and got creams prescribed.
Very professional, friendly and caring.
We have had the best care from the carers and a wonderful company (Luv To Care).
I am very pleased with all the staff. They are very helpful, kind and happy.
Needed help with my sister, who is waiting for a hip operation, with washing and dressing etc. We have found them extremely good, very efficient, on time and always greeted with w cheery smile.
Luv To Care home care is exactly what it does, it is both excellent and fantastic in caring. The staff from the owners to the individual staff are just fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend the Luv To Care home care group to both young and old. I cannot fault them on anything.
Luv To Care only just recently started and already I can see the difference in the care that they give to my mum who has Alzheimer’s. She is much more responsive and alert to the care they give compared to the previous care company who only spent the least time possible on there calls. Luv To Care go beyond what we thought was normal and give there undivided attention to care for my mother. Nothing is too much trouble for them even things like feeding my mother and making her feel like a person. The care they give is like they are caring for their own mother. Any problems they may encounter they are straight on the phone to me to sort out the problem and If I need to speak to the office there is always someone there to answer the phone straight away. Can’t recommend this company enough.
Very helpful, friendly and always courteous. Without a doubt the best care agency I have been involved with. Luv To Care made a big difference to my life supporting me with the tasks I would have otherwise found difficult, exhausting or impossible to carry out on my own and I can't recommend them enough.
The care from Love To Care is second to none. Very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Can't fault them.
I look forward to them coming to help me each day.

“I am the co-founder and Registered Manager of Luv To Care, which opened in May 2020. I have worked in all areas of the company and have enjoyed seeing Luv To Care grow. “I started working for Luv To Care in June 2021, I previously was working in catering but felt I wanted a change, as I have a caring nature I wanted to pursue a career in care, this led me to joining Luv To Care, I love to learn new things and really enjoy my time here and making a meaningful impact on individuals lives. This led me to progress in my career from being a Care assistant, to a care supervisor and now my current role, Deputy Care Manager. I am currently working on my NVQ Level 3 and aim to do more”
“I joined Luv To Care in 2022 as a carer and worked my way up, and I currently work as a Senior Care Supervisor, a role I truly enjoy, as it allows me to support both clients and staff while making a positive impact in people’s lives. Additionally, I am a manual handling & First Aid trainer, helping to ensure safe and effective care practices.

“My journey at Luv To Care began in 2023, when I joined as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to Care Supervisor. Whilst working in these roles, I have gained knowledge and experience of the inner workings of health care and CQC. I am currently completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and have a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition. Unknown to me, the catalyst for my career in Social Care was when my son was diagnosed with epilepsy, which inspired me to want to help shape and make a difference on a wider scale. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of the LUV TO CARE SOUTHAMPTON TEAM, being a part of positive change in people's lives.”
“I joined Luv To Care in July 2021 as a care assistant, and I was promoted to Care Supervisor in February 2022.
