The carers are always more or less on time, they are helpful and friendly in the bathroom when I have my daily shower, they respect my privacy and yet are on hand for any help needed for dressing etc. They fit in and make themselves useful in the kitchen to provide meals for us, they make sure we have taken our medication and finish with a pleasant goodbye and always ask if there is anything else they can help us with.
The carers are always more or less on time, they’re helpful and friendly in the bathroom when I have my daily shower or washdown, they are very respectful of my privacy and yet on hand for any help needed for dressing etc. They fit in and make themselves useful in the kitchen where they provide meals and cups of tea for us, they also make sure we have taken our medication before finishing with a pleasant goodbye and finally asking us if there is anything else that they can do.
I feel that Luv To Care have made more effort with advising of any amendments to her rota and it is appreciated.
Carers are hardworking, caring professionals, who make time to discuss any current issues about my mother. They exhibit patience for her changing demeanour, due to her suffering from Alzheimer's dementia.
Having only been receiving care through this company for less than one week I can only say at this stage that my husband, the care receiver, is very happy with all aspects of care that he has so far received.
Good communication when it comes to rotas for the coming week.
One of the carers is exceptional with her care and attitude towards my mother. My mothers face brightens up when she sees her. They have such a heartwarming interaction.
Excellent service could not fault the service for mum.
My father has been in the care of Luv To Care for over five months now. Throughout this transition, Luv To Care has been very supportive, caring and efficient in the care of my father. They have treated my father with respect, dignity and compassion at all times. They are very easy to deal with and open to ideas/changes with the care of my father often offering up suggestions. I am happy and confident in the care being provided to my father by Luv To Care and know their priority is my father at all times. Thank you.
I think this service has saved my mum's life. She was so down and depressed before we found Luv to Care. They are always lovely to mum when they visit and we feel listened to when we have encountered any problems. My mum has dementia and she and my dad were struggling before we employed the ladies at Luv to Care. It has enriched both their lives and enabled my dad to regain some level of a proper relationship with her rather than her carer just. It is lovely to see them happier and more settled. The ladies at Luv to Care are marvellous and caring. There are a couple that my mum didn't take a shine to but I asked for her to not have them come and they listened and she has not had those ladies again. I want to make it clear that this was just a clash of personalities not that they were doing anything wrong. My mum was a very strong woman and that character still shines through sometimes. Our overall experience with Luv to Care is excellent. It is a well-managed and caring company.
I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the service was set up for my mother. Moreover, the staff were very professional, caring and friendly in their approach to managing the service to suit my mother's needs at the time. I would not hesitate to use this service again. Thank you again
Thank you for the review, we are pleased you are happy with our services.
We are really happy with the standard of care my mum is receiving. My mum loves all of the carers, especially the Night Nurse. Sometimes the timing is off and she often eats her lunch at 2pm which isn’t ideal but I understand at times cannot be helped.
a) Mutual respect that exists between carers and management.
b) Management is very approachable and regularly led client satisfaction.
c) Company still small enough to give a very personal service.
This company deserves to be awarded.
Very good, very satisfied with the care given. I'm very happy with all the carers. I have no complaints and I would highly recommend.
I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received after coming out of hospital. The carers have been most patient, always cheerful and efficient.
My wife is happy with your staff and enjoys their company.
You have a wonderful team of ladies who live up to the name of the firm ‘Lov to care’; they are angels in disguise and I can’t praise them enough.
We are extremely pleased with the service received. My mother has bonded well with the carers and is happy and contented. The carers are respectful of our home and property. In addition I have commend the company as they were able provide ad-hoc when I was unable due to illness.
I have had Luv To Care carers for the last five months and I am very happy with the service provided and the friendly carers.
We have used the service for three weeks. We have found carers extremely kind, caring and thoughtful. Carers work quickly and efficiently.
Lovely to have such a friendly dedicated team looking after my father. It feels great to have such support at this time. Keep up the wonderful work you all do!
Very happy with this service. My Father really did not want carers to visit even though he needs support due to no family living close by. After one week he increased service to include weekends and seems settled into a routine. Peace of mind for his family. Thank you to a wonderful, friendly, and supportive team.

“I am the co-founder and Registered Manager of Luv To Care, which opened in May 2020. I have worked in all areas of the company and have enjoyed seeing Luv To Care grow. My varied background in care has assisted me in integrating various aspects of Social Care into our care packages, ensuring we deliver person-centred and safe care. We have continued to grow, learn and develop effectively due to the open and honest communication”
“I started working for Luv To Care in June 2021, I previously was working in catering but felt I wanted a change, as I have a caring nature I wanted to pursue a career in care, this led me to joining Luv To Care, I love to learn new things and really enjoy my time here and making a meaningful impact on individuals lives. This led me to progress in my career from being a Care assistant, to a care supervisor and now my current role, Deputy Care Manager. I am currently working on my NVQ Level 3 and aim to do more”
“I joined Luv To Care in 2022 as a carer and worked my way up, and I currently work as a Senior Care Supervisor, a role I truly enjoy, as it allows me to support both clients and staff while making a positive impact in people’s lives. Additionally, I am a manual handling & First Aid trainer, helping to ensure safe and effective care practices.
I have been working in the care sector for the past eight years, during which I have gained extensive experience in providing quality care and support. I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and am currently working towards my Level 3 qualification.”
“My journey at Luv To Care began in 2023, when I joined as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to Care Supervisor. Whilst working in these roles, I have gained knowledge and experience of the inner workings of health care and CQC. I am currently completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and have a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition. Unknown to me, the catalyst for my career in Social Care was when my son was diagnosed with epilepsy, which inspired me to want to help shape and make a difference on a wider scale. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of the LUV TO CARE SOUTHAMPTON TEAM, being a part of positive change in people's lives.”
“I joined Luv To Care in July 2021 as a care assistant, and I was promoted to Care Supervisor in February 2022. I love my job as Care Supervisor because I love helping people overcome obstacles in their lives and supporting the Care Team to be impactful and proactive in the roles they play out in the community”
