Such a great care company that go that extra mile. A massive step up from the previous company we used. Gives me peace of mind that my father with dementia is well looked after when I’m working away. Thank you so much guys.
I have been the live-in carer for my next of kin over the past 6 months. Luv to care come 3 times a day to support me with transfers. They are good care provider, with a very good approach to the client, they always come on time and if they have an emergency or are running late they always inform me and they wear appropriate PPE. Tasks are carried out with dignity and in a timely manner. If there is any time left, they always sit down and have a chat with me and my next of kin, which is a wonderful way to start the day.
Luv To Care looked after my dad for a short time, right from the start they were professional and very caring. I am sure they will continue to grow into a good company. I wish them well in their new venture.
Luv to Care have started caring for my dad over the past few weeks. From day one every member of their team has been professional, friendly and extremely caring at all times. Dad is very poorly and they quite often contact the Community Nurses to request help and save mum the stress of doing this. Although they are caring for dad, they also keep a close eye on mum to ensure she is keeping well and coping. They also keep in contact with me if they have any concerns. I would definitely recommend this small, excellent home care service - thank you Luv to Care, your caring service is exceptional!
I have been very happy with the care given each morning since coming out of hospital.
Caring, cheerful and treats the client with respect.
They have been extremely reliable, kept me updated with things I need to know.
The care staff seem to really care and want the best for the client.
They have communicated with other professionals to ensure my uncle is receiving what he needs to such as community nurses, physio, etc.
Due to communication difficulties, I am unable to speak to my uncle over the phone but feel confident in the care staff that they will alert me to any concerns and also turn up as planned.
Luv to Care even contacted the doctors when my friend was unwell and also made extra home visits to see him to check that he was ok during the time he was poorly.
They are a very good and reliable care company.
Thank you.
We have found this company very reliable and adaptable to our needs. My husband is always treated politely and is able to go at his own pace. If time allows, the carer will tidy the bedroom and kitchen or will assist with exercising. We are always asked if anything else is needed.

“I am the co-founder and Managing Director of Luv To Care. We opened up Luv To Care in May 2020 with the vision of providing excellent care to the elderly and vulnerable, enabling them to remain in the familiar comfort of their own homes. I love working in Social Care and being able to provide the highest quality of care to our clients. We work with a wonderful team of people, and I look forward to the future and the continued growth.
“I am the co-founder and Registered Manager of Luv To Care, which opened in May 2020. I have worked in all areas of the company and have enjoyed seeing Luv To Care grow. My varied background in care has assisted me in integrating various aspects of Social Care into our care packages, ensuring we deliver person-centred and safe care. We have continued to grow, learn and develop effectively due to the open and honest communication”
“I started working for Luv To Care in June 2021, I previously was working in catering but felt I wanted a change, as I have a caring nature I wanted to pursue a career in care, this led me to joining Luv To Care, I love to learn new things and really enjoy my time here and making a meaningful impact on individuals lives. This led me to progress in my career from being a Care assistant, to a care supervisor and now my current role, Deputy Care Manager. I am currently working on my NVQ Level 3 and aim to do more”
“I joined Luv To Care in 2022 as a carer and worked my way up, and I currently work as a Senior Care Supervisor, a role I truly enjoy, as it allows me to support both clients and staff while making a positive impact in people’s lives. Additionally, I am a manual handling & First Aid trainer, helping to ensure safe and effective care practices.
I have been working in the care sector for the past eight years, during which I have gained extensive experience in providing quality care and support. I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and am currently working towards my Level 3 qualification.”
“My journey at Luv To Care began in 2023, when I joined as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to Care Supervisor. Whilst working in these roles, I have gained knowledge and experience of the inner workings of health care and CQC. I am currently completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and have a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition. Unknown to me, the catalyst for my career in Social Care was when my son was diagnosed with epilepsy, which inspired me to want to help shape and make a difference on a wider scale. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of the LUV TO CARE SOUTHAMPTON TEAM, being a part of positive change in people's lives.”
“I joined Luv To Care in July 2021 as a care assistant, and I was promoted to Care Supervisor in February 2022. I love my job as Care Supervisor because I love helping people overcome obstacles in their lives and supporting the Care Team to be impactful and proactive in the roles they play out in the community”
