My mum receives excellent services from her carers.
I have been using Stivic since March 2023. I am happy with the care they provide.Very caring and friendly, compassionate.They put me at ease. I am grateful for their help.They help with my poor hand left side weakness.they keep me well informed and provide me with a weekly rota of carers
I find the company all right and I am pleased to see them.
I don't see them as carers I see them as best friends. They care they really care we chat and sing and they make me laugh. They always check and ask me am I OK they no how to look after my needs I'm so happy.
Staff lack of cooking experience. Lack of neurological experience. Kind & caring. Not as aware of ill health. Deterioration of health since being with this company. Not notified if change of times and schedules. Not great with GDPR. Have had to request certain carers not to visit.
Very happy with the 2 carers I see the most. I miss them when they have time off.
Carers' were kind and considerate and willing to do what I asked. Only problems were due to inconsistent times of arrival. This was improved when I contacted the office. I realise the difficulties that can occur with emergencies and what may happen when people have come out of hospital and need support. Overall, I think the service is very good and was very helpful to me and I do not know what I would have done without it.
We stayed in Clacton for short holiday with carers provided by this company. The carers were very good and experienced in the care needs of my husband. They were kind thoughtful skilled and interacted well with us, we would definitely use them again
Carer not trained to care, totally oblivious to customer having multiple seizures. Fortunately I returned home early so could call emergency services who took her into hospital. No communication within the company & it would seem they have no idea about care. They are being investigated by safeguarding at present.
I would like to thank all the carers who looked after my mother. Our family are very grateful for the kind care and compassion they gave to our mother and how she was treated with dignity and respect. On the day of my mother's passing the carers were very kind and caring and I couldn't thank them enough. The love and support shown was outstanding. You have a fantastic team and we couldn't have asked for more.
If I could give no stars I would. The service provided by Stivic in my opinion was extremely poor. The best thing they did was turn up and even then the times were random so it was hard to plan around their visits. My friend had been fully continent since being taken ill in mid 2023. As soon as Stivic became the care provider he became incontinent with no explanation as to why this was. He is now once again fully continent as Stivic no longer care for him. They did not encourage him to be independent at all and did not help him with his mobility. He was always unkempt with long fingernails and a very poor shave. The carers are not able to prepare even basic meals. I understand that they were not there to cook but I was having to leave instructions for them to follow. Their website claims that they are the No. 1 UK homecare provider. I can honestly say they have no right to make that claim based on our experience.
