Please avoid using this Safe Care Services unless you live close to the office.
The staff were lazy with our care package, they refused to listen to the client's request to speak English only in her own home. The staff struggle to understand client's basic requests for basic foods to be cooked.
They would try to feed the client either food that was overcooked and inedible, or food that was still frozen in the middle.
They would use the client's body to move her rather than an in-situ sling.
The staff would much rather be on their phones than interaction with the client.
I would avoid using Safe Care as a 24 hour care provider, but they may be better as a domiciliary provider.
