From the initial assessment to 4 weeks in on of weekly care for my mother Right at Home found the best combination of being extremely professional, understanding and empathic towards both mine and my mother's needs. They listened to both mine and my mothers needs with great understanding.

I was getting desperate for help with care for my lovely mum. We were visited by Giles and his deputy Kelly. They were both so calming and informative I felt confident that their services were just what we needed. We organised overnight care at weekends to give me a break. Mum had regular carers
Kelly and Vanessa. They built a relationship very quickly with mum and she enjoyed having them stay with her. Her relationship with Kelly particularly made her feel safe and I felt safe and could relax knowing mum was in their care. The compassion and kind nature of mums two wonderful carers made me feel I was leaving her with someone who would care as I did. Giles was very understanding of how caring for a loved one is and even at short notice would best sort out help when extra was needed. I couldn't recommend them more and words cannot describe my appreciation for their help well enough. I thank you all at Right at Home for helping me through the last few months of my mums life.

Right at Home has provided a reliable care service which has helped our elderly aunt to live alone in her own home. The support provided is tailored to her needs and is delivered in a competent, caring and respectful manner. Our aunt looks forward to the friendly visits from the carers. Our aunt
has no family living nearby and we are particularly impressed by the detailed log that is completed by the carer for each visit and to which we have online access straight after the visit. Thank you to all at Right at Home.

RAH have been an excellent care company. Organised, flexible polite, well trained carers who are all delightful. The office staff are very good, able to assist with changes that may be needed and always understanding.
They are able to help with numerous tasks around the house as well as all the
personal care required.

Cannot thank the carers who visited and supported us from Right at Home enough. From the outset it was clear that all the staff were committed to providing the right care, the very best of care for both myself and husband. Right at Home do provide wraparound care . They responded to our needs
without any fuss or bother. Nothing was too much trouble for them even a change of days. I know that they had our interests at heart and conscientiously supported us.
The induction was detailed and thorough and they provided a comprehensive profile of my husband's condition and care required.
Two members of staff attended a training session to enable them to further understand and respond to my husband's needs.
Sincere thanks to all staff for their professionalism, empathy and support.

Very short notice of increased carer cover requirement, after a long period of fairly limited requirement. This was provided almost seamlessly and to our entire satisfaction. This follows a long period of mainly limited, but again, very satisfactory all-around support. We would have no hesitation in
recommending Right at Home for caring needs.

We've been using Right At Home for some time now and overall, our experience has been very positive. The carers are reliable, friendly, caring and professional, and they've treated our family member with patience and kindness. Communication with the office has been good, and any concerns or changes
we've needed to make have been dealt with promptly and respectfully. Both the office team and the carers have done their utmost to be supportive to both my husband and myself.

We have received an outstanding service. Right from the very start, the Managing Director personally responded to my enquiry and it was a relief to speak with someone who truly understood not just what I was having to deal with but also how the rest of my family and in particular my parents were
feeling as we were taking on care for the very first time. He and the rest of his team went out of their way to understand our needs and help us to feel comfortable with our care arrangements. The carers who came could not have been more kind with my parents and tuned into their personalities practically immediately. We would highly highly recommend Right at Home to anyone.

We were so impressed by the service from Right at Home (Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern). The management team, especially the manager, were very good to deal with and all of the carers were friendly and supportive. Although my father was the one having the care (due to dementia and mobility issues
following a fall), the carers were a great support for my mother too as she felt quite isolated due to my father's dementia. The carers all recognised this and ensured they chatted to my mum. We were all so pleased with the service and would recommend Right at Home to anyone.

Only joined Right at Home at the beginning of May 2025 following cessation of previous care provider. Experience generally good but various communication issues as to service times took a while is settle down. Service provision satisfactory and a nice group of care staff.

All of the carers are delivering a first rate service. They think on their feet when needed and genuinely seem to have mums best interests at heart. Mum loves them and is very happy with them all.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Right at Home to others.

RAH has provided care for my 93-year-old mum for over 2 years. Initially, they set out to preserve her independence at home following a fall. Over time, her physical and mental health began to deteriorate and RAH was able to adapt the care provided to meet her personal needs. The service was
innovative and flexible whilst remaining sensitive and personal. RAH provided consistency and frequently the same couple of individual carers would visit Mum at home on a regular basis. The result was that both Mum and the family could develop a trusting and understanding relationship. RAH was always approachable and responsive as needs changed or if the situation required it. For example, Mum became upset about the approach an individual carer had taken with her and RAH involved the family in a review which improved practice. RAH instigated regular and comprehensive care reviews which all parties found very helpful. Mum made good connections with her caregivers and we are pleased we chose RAH.

We were a little apprehensive at first as my husband is quite a private person and doesn't like his privacy invaded. He also wasn't quite sure about not having the same person every day but soon got used to the idea. All the ladies who have been have been kind and considerate of his needs also an
anaesthetic at his age is quite a shock to the system especially if you haven't experienced one before. I would thoroughly recommend Right at Home to anybody I know needing care at any time.

We have used the services of Right at Home from January to July 2024. A carer has come twice a week to give my mother personal care. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's and we were concerned that she would be resistant to this help. However, the manager and carers consistently provided my mum with
kindness and compassion. She enjoyed the carer's visits and the chats that they had. They were sensitive to her ups and downs and she felt safe with them. It was also nice for my husband and I to have some respite and the carers were always compassionate towards us too.

Right at Home has been a life changer for my Mum, I live 2 hours away and they have been so kind and professional. Today I rang at short notice mid-bank holiday weekend for some urgent support for my Mum and they were there within 30 minutes - quite extraordinary, many thanks to the manager and the
team and especially the lady today - you are my Easter stars!

Right at Home has provided incredibly flexible and responsive support for our parents. They have trained staff to meet their specific needs. When my dad has been hospitalised on numerous occasions, the manager was available at all hours and at the weekend to arrange increased help for my mum. Staff
have been very caring, and even dropped in later in the day, after their shift was over, to check in when things have been difficult. We are very grateful for all their help.
