Over the last two years all the carers coming to my wife have been pleasant, with some more experienced than others in personal care. Communication at times can be a problem but any minor problems arising are dealt with promptly by management.

My wife and I have been very satisfied clients for the past 6 months and would recommend Opal Carers to anyone looking for quality care. A trustworthy management and staff ie no pilfering at all. We have met around 10 of Opal carers and have been pleased with their expertise and willingness, nothing
too much trouble. Management are 'hands on' and very caring - the operation to date has been almost flawless, we have had care at all times.

My family has been with Opal Carers Lts for more than 5 years until the passing of my husband on the 22nd April 2025. Generally I am very satisfied with their services. Any atter of concern I raised about a carer was promptly attended to by the management. I trust them and will gladly recommend them

Opal Carers Ltd provided great care to my Dad that as he deteriorated they adapted to every challenge that came with caring for him up until his passing. I can't thank Victoria enough for the many times she went above and beyond for my family. God bless her.
