I am delighted with this company. they are all very helpful. They allow me to independant and if I struggle, they are on hard to help me. I cannot praise them enough. A laugh and a job, cup of coffee, and the company has been great.

An excellent company who have gone above & beyond to help my in-laws & we thank them for it. Their staff are reliable, friendly & are great around the house, ie cleaning & helping at meal times to personal care. Would highly recommend

Independant Living provide wonderful care for my Mum. They are thoughtful, kind and considerate, ensuring Mum is happy and safe. They make a huge difference to her life and enable her to stay in her own home. We would be lost without them.

Independent living have been all round excellent. Carers are experienced and have built an excellent rapport and relationships with my parents. They are flexible and always accommodating to what we need. As a company they go above and beyond to help me with the many stresses demands I have, that
comes with having both parents with dementia. This relieves the pressure off me greatly. Communication between themselves and us is excellent. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the first enquiry (which was responded to on a Sunday!!), a consultation visit and all the lovely girls that have helped my mum the service has been first class, caring and respectful. We could not have got through the last few months
without their help.

The lades who come to see me are very helpful. They are happy to help me with anything. They are always very happy when here which makes me feel good. I could certainly recommend the service.

Excellent care was provided for my father during his final days. The extremely efficient team, both caring and kind, provided a very personal feel to the service offered. Would highly recommend Independent Living to others.

Independent Living have been providing care to my widowed mother for over a year and a half. She has now made a decision to move into full-time care in a residential home to be closer to her family. Without the help, care and support of Independent Living my mother would not have had the confidence
to have stayed in the home she loved so much after my father's death. The care and support we have received has been second to none. My mother looked forward to her carer's visits, they were helpful and friendly and gave her the companionship she needed following her sad loss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Living to others and would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved for a fabulous service.

It has been important for Mum to remain as independent as possible and the service is just perfect for this. Mum enjoys the company and flexibility of what she needs help with. She finds all staff compassionate and obliging and we feel that the service is operated to a high standard. Nothing is too
much trouble and both management and staff are sincere and kind.

After strokes in 2004 and 2018 slashed my mobility, I was cared for until late 2021 when the company fired me for too many complaints about their most recent unskilled new recruits!
Luckily my daughter then met the outstanding manager of Independent Living Caring For You At Home who assessed my
intimate, personal care needs and I agreed to an immediate start in mid-December 2021 by an experienced lady carer who arrives promptly at 7 am for 1 hour daily to un-couple my night-time bladder-incontinence rig and helps me get out of bed, then shower and dry myself and get dressed with dignity, whilst she prepares breakfast and a sandwich box for tea! Early evening, an equally skilled lady carer helps me undress and get myself into bed, then she connects my night-time incontinence rig after ensuring my safety and security before leaving!
When the regular carers need recovery days, breaks, management provides cover but two promising, new, younger carers are now employed!

We have only been using this service for a short time (five weeks) to provide assistance to my mum. She was reluctant to accept help at first but has now settled really well. The carers all seem lovely and I particularly like the fact that visits are one hour as it gives the carers time to chat to
Mum. Communication between the director and myself is easy and the carers are reliable. I am very pleased.

I cannot thank the manager and his team at Independent Living Caring For You At Home enough for the continued care that they are offering. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go above and beyond in the care that they are delivering for us. It is so good that we have the same carers and not
lots of different ones as this gives continuity and builds up a secure and confident rapport between us.

We have used the service provided by Independent Living for over a year for my dad, who was struggling at home on his own due to poor mobility and deteriorating physical health. The care provided was bespoke and was assessed and evaluated often according to his changing needs. All of the carers
(probably 4 or 5) were kind and caring and went above and beyond to help out and make my dad’s life fuller and happier. The care was good value for money too. I totally recommend this company to anyone searching for care for their family member. He has unfortunately had to go into a care home now as he needs 24 hour care but he misses his carers and the companionship provided by his Independent Living ‘family’ .

The team at Independent Living Caring For You At Home have been amazing for my mum. They have gone above and beyond during their time caring for her. We regularly receive the same small number of carers which makes the world of difference. We recommend them to everyone we know!
