The staff at Independent Living have been great , giving Mum the care and support she needed . A particular mention to Denise who Mum has seen most and has been excellent , providing practical and emotional support for Mum , who loved seeing her . We are all very grateful for what you have done, we couldn't have managed to keep Mum at home for as long as we did without you!

Attentive care delivered thoughtfully and with diligence. Very good communication skills. Responsive office communication to sort any changes in administration. All staff are friendly and patient. This was particularly appreciated in emergencies.

I cannot thank Independent Living enough for the care, kindness and support they provide for my mum. From the very beginning, the carers have treated her with dignity, patience and genuine compassion, which has given our whole family real peace of mind. The team are always professional, reliable and attentive to her needs, but what stands out most is the warmth and kindness they show every day. They take the time to build a real relationship with her and it's clear they truly care about the people they support. Communication with the office and carers has always been excellent and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Knowing my mum is safe, comfortable and well looked after means the world to us. I am very pleased with the staff. They are so helpful and I now feel safe taking a shower. They will do any little job I ask them to do. Also they will have a little 'chat' if I feel low as I do sometimes after just losing my soul and husband.

Friendly on time, and thorough with the work they come to do. Thank you. We certainly get value for money. It's like having a friend come to give us a hand. Even prepared to stop and have a chat if that is what we want.

The agency have provided care, professionalism and kindness to my 81 year old mother. My Mum struggles with her mental health and the team have provided endless patience and calm support to her ever changing needs. I'm deeply grateful to the team for allowing me to continue to work full time without the continued medication management, day to day care needs and trips to GP and various other appointments. I know that Mum is safe and stimulated.

My only concern is that some staff seem to have an overreliance on microwave ready meals. I would love to see Mum eating more freshly prepared food from the options that we have provided in the cupboards and fridge/freezer and that they have more proactive approach to weekly fresh meal planning.

I am very satisfied with the help and support I receive on a weekly basis. The carers are professional, friendly and willing to assist with any duties I require.

I am delighted with this company. they are all very helpful. They allow me to independant and if I struggle, they are on hard to help me. I cannot praise them enough. A laugh and a job, cup of coffee, and the company has been great.

Independent living have been all round excellent. Carers are experienced and have built an excellent rapport and relationships with my parents. They are flexible and always accommodating to what we need. As a company they go above and beyond to help me with the many stresses demands I have, that comes with having both parents with dementia. This relieves the pressure off me greatly. Communication between themselves and us is excellent. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the first enquiry (which was responded to on a Sunday!!), a consultation visit and all the lovely girls that have helped my mum the service has been first class, caring and respectful. We could not have got through the last few months without their help.

The lades who come to see me are very helpful. They are happy to help me with anything. They are always very happy when here which makes me feel good. I could certainly recommend the service.

Independent Living have been providing care to my widowed mother for over a year and a half. She has now made a decision to move into full-time care in a residential home to be closer to her family. Without the help, care and support of Independent Living my mother would not have had the confidence to have stayed in the home she loved so much after my father's death. The care and support we have received has been second to none. My mother looked forward to her carer's visits, they were helpful and friendly and gave her the companionship she needed following her sad loss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Living to others and would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved for a fabulous service.
