We've been incredibly impressed with the care provided to my 90-year-old father by Bluebird over the past 3 years. The carers are consistently kind, respectful, and attentive, helping him with daily tasks such as washing, showering, dressing, and managing mobility issues due to leg problems and sore areas. He uses a walker, and the team ensures he moves safely and comfortably. What stands out most is their proactive approach - they regularly chase up district nurses when needed and keep me fully informed of any changes or concerns. Communication is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing they're on top of everything. The agency also conducts regular care reviews, which gives us confidence that his care plan is being monitored and adapted as needed. The carers genuinely care about his wellbeing, and it shows in the quality of support they provide. I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for compassionate and professional home care for an elderly loved one.

We engaged Bluebird Care to give support to my elderly father in his own home. All of the carers were excellent, they were polite, caring and responsive to his physical and emotional needs. They enabled my father to stay in his own home which was important to him at the age of 97. I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise and can recommend their service.

I used Bluebird Care for short-term support when coming home from hospital following an operation. I felt really valued and cared for, from the moment a member of their team collected me from hospital to help me settle back home. The team visited twice a day, helped me with basic tasks that I found difficult to do, looked after my pet cat and gave him lots of attention and accompanied me to appointments. They were happy to help with anything I needed and were always friendly and professional. The office staff were also very supportive and checked in to make sure I was happy with the service. Many thanks to the team at Bluebird Care for helping me through a difficult period in my life. I would be very happy to use them again should the need arise.

Great service. Very professional and friendly staff. They provide great service at a timely manner. Great customer service, the office staff always available to answer any query. Regular reviews to update the client's needs and adjust the care level and needs.

Just want to thank the team for their outstanding care for my mum and dad. I was really worried about how they would react to receiving care as they have always been so independent. Bluebird Care has made the transition so easy and comfortable. The regular carers they receive are fantastic with them both. I would highly recommend!

I can not praise the Bluebird Care team enough. They were excellent in looking after my mother for the six months before she, unfortunately, passed away. Even though Mother had dementia, she looked forward to the friendly, caring visits and would always talk about them to me later that day. The whole process throughout, everyone I dealt with at Bluebird was both reassuring and obviously so helpful to enable Mother to stay in her own home. Thank you for your professional approach to what you do for people that really need it.

We have been with Bluebird Care Coventry for a while now. We have a mix of calls ranging from personal care to cleaning and everything in between! Although my husband is primarily the service user for personal care, showering etc., I also have one call a week to help with cleaning and decluttering. This particular call has been running for about a year now and has really made a difference. All the carers who come are very different from each other and it is nice to see a variety of faces and personalities.

Bluebird Care had been caring for Mum for a year and Mum looked forward to their visits. The girls were lovely and not only cared for Mum but talked to her which was a great comfort as Mum had recently been widowed when Bluebird started to go into Mum's. As a family, we were grateful for their help, often going in to do extra care when needed. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. The care included personal care, making breakfast, lunch and dinner, washing up etc. and took a lot of pressure off Mum and us, as a family. Unfortunately, Mum passed away recently, Bluebird was so kind and sent their condolences, they make each person feel special. Thank you to all the girls for everything you did.

Bluebird Care Coventry does an excellent job caring for my Uncle. They continue to deliver great care and have never let him down, over the last 8 months, which is great reassurance because I live much further away. Highly recommended!

The service provided by Bluebird Care in Coventry continues to develop and provide the all-around service that my mother needs. They are friendly, and attentive and get the balance right between doing jobs around the house and chatting with mum. The house is always kept clean and tidy and mum looks forward to the daily visit.

I started using Bluebird Care after needing additional support to look after my mum during Covid-19. The girls who support my mum are always friendly and cheerful. My mum looks forward to the company and the support that they deliver. Would recommend Bluebird to anyone who needs that extra help at home.

Bluebird Care Coventry are brilliant! My mother is very well looked after and always looks forward to her visits. My mother really enjoys the fact that she has carer's come in to her home to tend to her needs and she still has her independence which she wouldn’t get in a care home. The team at Bluebird Care Coventry are friendly, professional and we are all extremely happy with the service they provide.

Can't thank the amazing team at Bluebird Care Coventry for their amazing hard work and dedication when caring for my loved one. I would one hundred percent recommend to anyone. During an unpredictable time, they have made everything one hundred percent better and its all been done in the comfort of my loved ones own home, this has made everyone feel better all around. The care staff have been a real credit to the organisation and to the strong team. Thank you Bluebird Care Coventry.
