I have worked in the health and social care sector for 15 years, ranging from working in hospital environments in mental health wards, homecare for senior care, adults with learning disabilities and children with mental health needs.
I am passionate about the care we provide, and our bespoke approach to each individual's care needs that are provided by our fully trained care team. Whilst already having various qualifications within the sector, I am now embarking on my NVQ level 5 in leadership and management. I am excited to be utilising my skills and being able to further my career. Being able to support my team, creating a great place to work and embark on their own careers, is really important to me. This, in turn, offers exceptional customer service, which we are passionate about.

I have cared for and supported vulnerable people throughout my 9-year career in care. Over that time, I have gained lots of experience, working in a range of Residential and Nursing homes as well as supporting people in the community within the comfort of their own homes.
I love my job and thrive from caring for others! My role is extremely rewarding as I support our customers and team members to provide an excellent level of service that everyone can be proud of.
I have been supported and given lots of opportunities to grow in my career, successfully completing national qualifications in care and enhanced, specific training on Dementia and Medication. I enjoy having the opportunity to share my knowledge, passion and experience to help others grow.

I love being a Field Care Supervisor because I get to work at the heart of care — out in the community, supporting both our clients and our care teams.
