The Homecare Team provided an excellent, friendly and personal service. Both management and the carers were always there to help. A big thank you to the entire team from all the family!

The carers are wonderful. We've used a number of care agencies and had various issues/problems.
Homecare Team Ltd was recommended to us and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service. Our regular carers are great, they are caring, respectful, encouraging, and supportive and carry out
the care requirements for my friend to a great standard. They are cheerful and fun and easy to talk to. For the first time I, as the unpaid carer of the client, feel that I can leave the house and even go away for a few days without being concerned about my friend. I have wanted to go away for a couple of weeks since 2020 but I haven't as I've been concerned about leaving my friend. I can now go away and I have every confidence that my friend will be looked after by the two carers.

My husband was terminally ill and we both needed care, but my husband's needs were greater. Over the period of just over a year, his illness deteriorated and his package had to be increased.
I gave a 4-star review over a year ago but I really need to increase that to five because every time I
telephoned on his behalf the management went out of their way to help us including putting in an extra night visit at short notice because my husband became very confused in the months immediately preceding his death.
He was always full of praise for the two carers who dealt with the majority of his care. I can not thank the carers and the company enough. It felt as if we were treated as they would treat their own elderly parents. In addition, they came to his funeral as well as his two carers. Now that is above and beyond and if it was possible to give them 10 stars I would. God bless them for their compassionate kindness towards my husband, it made his last days bearable.

I can't recommend these wonderful carers highly enough. They have been our lifeline, as they help us care for my terminally ill Dad in his home and I couldn't have coped without their support. They treat Dad with kindness and respect and are very gentle with him, but very knowledgeable and well
trained. They have been absolutely wonderful.

I was caring for my terminally ill lady friend and was most grateful for the excellent help I received from the carers that showed up. They were all polite, helpful and gentle when washing and changing her. They all asked if there was anything else they could do, but there really wasn't. The
company were respectful and compassionate when my friend passed away - I can't fault them at all.

The care agency has got good people working for it. The agency ensures that the needs of the clients are properly met as they do a comprehensive review of the needs of the client. They are a warm and friendly organisation.

Homecare Team Ltd have provided excellent care for my partner. They have been very patient and understanding of his needs, even when confronted by challenging behaviour at times. They are always polite and reliable.

Using Homecare Team Ltd agency has been absolutely brilliant had other agency but these carers and staff go beyond. Definitely recommended high-class service. Management are there when required and lovely to chat to.

Great care, very attentive to needs and immediately respond to issues. The team have really gone out of there way to help and support and really align the care to my father. We have had carers change as some have not aligned well to my father but the homecare team are really good at listening to our
needs.

Highly recommended. Experienced, helpful staff who go out of their way to meet Mums needs. Very professional and patient with Mum who was a little nervous about carers coming into her home, she now looks forward to the days they come. Everything was fully explained and they listened to ensure the
service matched ours and Mums needs and the team regularly speak to us to ensure everything is OK.

Engaged these services for my mother who needed supervision whilst showering (due to being unsteady on her feet) and to administer and ensure she took her medication with a cup of tea and toast in the morning and to do a few household chores ie. washing up, nip round with the hoover if needed.
The
carer was matched to her and mum loves her company, she has proved invaluable, professional organised and competent all round.

Cleaning services - I requested for cleaning services and the home care team have been amazing!
I was not expecting the results that they delivered, great value for money.
Fast efficient and stress-free, they are so easy to speak with, I would highly recommend them.

Having never needed home care, I was not sure what to expect once my father needed assistance.
The service provided by the team has been both professional and friendly.
All my father’s needs have been met, and nothing is too much trouble for the kind and courteous carers.
Nevermore than a phone
call away, day or night, they bring peace of mind to family members as well as excellent care to my father.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to turn to home care providers for my mum. I tried a few providers which I wasn’t happy with. My mum has severe dementia as well as other medical needs/issues. Homecare Team Ltd have come to my rescue and have gone above and beyond in the level of care provided
for my mum. Our current carers take pride in their care and deal with my mum with respect and dignity. Our professional mental health nurse has also commented on the excellent care they provide. The back office team are there at the end of the phone for anything I may need or want to change or just for a chat. I have peace of mind for my parents that they are in good hands. Thank you to the carers and also the managers and back-office staff! Keep up the good work!
