The Homecare Team provided an excellent, friendly and personal service. Both management and the carers were always there to help. A big thank you to the entire team from all the family!

Homecare Team Ltd was recommended to us and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service. Our regular carers are great, they are caring, respectful, encouraging, and supportive and carry out the care requirements for my friend to a great standard. They are cheerful and fun and easy to talk to. For the first time I, as the unpaid carer of the client, feel that I can leave the house and even go away for a few days without being concerned about my friend. I have wanted to go away for a couple of weeks since 2020 but I haven't as I've been concerned about leaving my friend. I can now go away and I have every confidence that my friend will be looked after by the two carers.

He was always full of praise for the two carers who dealt with the majority of his care. I can not thank the carers and the company enough. It felt as if we were treated as they would treat their own elderly parents. In addition, they came to his funeral as well as his two carers. Now that is above and beyond and if it was possible to give them 10 stars I would. God bless them for their compassionate kindness towards my husband, it made his last days bearable.

I can't recommend these wonderful carers highly enough. They have been our lifeline, as they help us care for my terminally ill Dad in his home and I couldn't have coped without their support. They treat Dad with kindness and respect and are very gentle with him, but very knowledgeable and well trained. They have been absolutely wonderful.

I was caring for my terminally ill lady friend and was most grateful for the excellent help I received from the carers that showed up. They were all polite, helpful and gentle when washing and changing her. They all asked if there was anything else they could do, but there really wasn't. The company were respectful and compassionate when my friend passed away - I can't fault them at all.

The care agency has got good people working for it. The agency ensures that the needs of the clients are properly met as they do a comprehensive review of the needs of the client. They are a warm and friendly organisation.

Homecare Team Ltd have provided excellent care for my partner. They have been very patient and understanding of his needs, even when confronted by challenging behaviour at times. They are always polite and reliable.

Using Homecare Team Ltd agency has been absolutely brilliant had other agency but these carers and staff go beyond. Definitely recommended high-class service. Management are there when required and lovely to chat to.

Great care, very attentive to needs and immediately respond to issues. The team have really gone out of there way to help and support and really align the care to my father. We have had carers change as some have not aligned well to my father but the homecare team are really good at listening to our needs.

Highly recommended. Experienced, helpful staff who go out of their way to meet Mums needs. Very professional and patient with Mum who was a little nervous about carers coming into her home, she now looks forward to the days they come. Everything was fully explained and they listened to ensure the service matched ours and Mums needs and the team regularly speak to us to ensure everything is OK.

Cleaning services - I requested for cleaning services and the home care team have been amazing!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to turn to home care providers for my mum. I tried a few providers which I wasn’t happy with. My mum has severe dementia as well as other medical needs/issues. Homecare Team Ltd have come to my rescue and have gone above and beyond in the level of care provided for my mum. Our current carers take pride in their care and deal with my mum with respect and dignity. Our professional mental health nurse has also commented on the excellent care they provide. The back office team are there at the end of the phone for anything I may need or want to change or just for a chat. I have peace of mind for my parents that they are in good hands. Thank you to the carers and also the managers and back-office staff! Keep up the good work!
