Alcedo Care are carers for my daughter and I cannot speak more highly about them, "best in class service". Two carers inparticular have been absolutely amazing with my daughter going over an above to make her feel confortable, happy and at ease. They are Clare and Elle-Nicole - both brilliant. My daughter has various special needs and is not always the easiest person to deal with but both Clare and Elle found a way instantly and built up a very trusting, special bond. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, your care has changed all our lives for the better, we cannot thank you enough. You are all so professional and caring - definitely in the right field. Just brilliant :-)

I have recently had an assessment for my mum with Michelle, she was very thorough when explaining the service and what they can support with. The service has been fantastic including the communication from the start with the manager Heather, she offered reassurance and guidance from the off set to make sure everything was right for our family. I would highly recommend.

A very positive experience with Alcedo who cared for my Grandad. Every step of the way has been excellent, personal, empathetic and professional. He has been treated with dignity and respect throughout and I would definately recomend this company to care for their loved ones. Thank you Alcedo

All the staff from Alcedo care take great care of my husband and also look out for myself also. They are happy to help with anything and will try to sort of I'm unable to do things for my husband. I am very happy at present with all care provided

The care team from Alcedo supported my parents (and us) with understanding, kindness, wisdom and grace. They completed the tasks in the care plan generally successfully but any problems were dealt with quickly. All of the staff I had contact with were helpful, friendly, honest and clearly liked and respected Mum and Dad. Many of them went the extra mile to help us and Mum and Dad and when unusual situations arose they were solution focused and encouraging. Unfortunately, we have had to change care company due to a council-based request. Thank you to all the team at Alcedo Bury, we will miss you.

Alcedo offer a brilliant service with thoughtful and hardworking carers who always go the extra mile. I cannot fault this company and I would highly recommend this care company to anyone who needs support in the home.

Very impressed with the level of service and care provided by the company. I have recommended this company to friends and acquaintances as being thoroughly professional and reliable. Carers are always on time, professional and courteous. If they are ever late, they are very good with letting me know ahead of time.

My nana has carers from Alcedo Care. All the carers I have met are very friendly, respectful and always professional. Each carer takes their time to sit and talk to my nana. Staff and management are excellent, and our family appreciate all the help and support you give to my nana.

A fantastic standard of care is always delivered by this wonderful team. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It has been the highest standard of care from the start all communication is great and the compassion from all carers is just outstanding. Thank you for all you do for my mum much appreciated.

I was concerned that I would not be able to cope and accept that I required carers, but I need not have worried as the care I have received from Alcedo is excellent. All of my carers are extremely kind, friendly and are very caring.

Out of all care companies I have used in the last 5 years - Alcedo has excelled in every department. From staff to office. Professional, dedicated staff able to help and beyond. Definitely recommended services to all adults and children.

Reliability and dignity are the most important things for her. Although Mum is ageing its important that there is good communication between the carer and client about her health and abilities. General cleanliness is good but we feel it could be better, especially in the kitchen. On another note, we are pleased with the care Mum is getting.

Good staff, lovely and respectful. An instance of new staff attending without being properly introduced but was soon sorted. Both staff and management are very good. Service is very good. My father is happy so I am happy.

Straight from the off service has been top-class. The dedication of all the staff young and old has been super. The carer is always helpful and there is superb feedback on all aspects of my wife's care. No problems with Alcedo Care Bury, very satisfied.

Mum finds all her carers to be friendly and helpful. Mum views her carers as friends rather than carers given how they deal with her day-to-day needs. Despite running to a busy schedule carers arrive more or less at the allotted times to ensure Mum has an established routine and is safe. The care package delivered by Alcedo Care Bury has transformed my day-to-day life as Mum's main carer - well done team Alcedo!

Your carer looks after my dad, who has dementia, which allows my mum to go out. She washes and helps Dad get dressed and gives him his breakfast. She does a great job and is really friendly and makes Dad feel at ease. When Dad falls asleep she'll do some cleaning and ironing which is lovely for Mum to come home to. When he wakes up they'll have a game of cards or scrabble.

My mother has Parkinson's disease and has had live-in carers from Alcedo for over 12 months. Throughout this time the service and commitment from both management and carers has been fantastic. Our family owes Alcedo a huge amount of gratitude for all their help and dedication and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
