Very ignorant man answering the phone some staff don't have a clue always making excuses and forever changing times. The user guide & communication sheet is a complete joke and the email address does not work it appears that the company are money grabbers would never deal with them again as this is
a very poor service

Almond Tree Care looked after my husband for 11 months. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care delivered by the company and their carers. They were all without exception very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I cannot recommend them more highly as many times they went above and
beyond what was required.

This company should be ashamed of the way they care for elderly people especially the managing director. This man should have nothing to do with caring for the elderly as he is very rude and unapproachable.

From my experience so far, they're a very dedicated team who have made my dad's life so much easier. The carers are always polite and treat my dad with the greatest respect and this is very heartwarming to see. They also understand his needs and in turn, this makes it a very relaxing, friendly
experience for my father who in later life has become quite frail.
