Very caring and understanding always able to accommodate extra visits and always come and introduce if a new carer is required to visit but on the whole mostly the same carer who are all very attentive respectful and discrete

We started with care twice a week in December 2025. Its been a big adjustment for mum but the lady who visited and explained everything was very helpful and informative and has stayed in touched regularly.
The carers are kind, fun, efficient and reliable. Mum enjoys having some new company.

We have carers visit our mum twice a day This is a great help to us as a family to know that she is being looked after at times when we cannot go ourselves. Mum knows that someone is popping in every day and that is a comfort to her too.The girls from Radfield are very caring , friendly and helpful
and as far as I am concerned go way and above the call of duty. I can highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have been using Radfield Home Care in Chester for about a year now to support my mum, and the care they provide has been excellent.
The team visit five or six times a week and are always flexible, happily changing days when mum has visitors or other plans. They help her with showering and washing
her hair, support her with everyday tasks like doing her washing, make sure she has lunch, and take her for walks. Their visits really help to break up her day and keep her engaged.
They communicate with me regularly and review mum's care so we can make sure everything is working well. It genuinely takes a lot of pressure off me knowing she is being looked after by such kind and professional people.
They also organise lovely activities like afternoon tea and client afternoons at their offices or day centre, which is a wonderful touch.
I would highly recommend Radfield to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.

Excellent friendly service. All the ladies that visit my mum are kind and caring and treat mum with the greatest respect. We have been using Radfield for over a year and can highly recommend them.

We find all the staff very caring, supportive and talk to my mum. Nothing seems too much trouble. They respect my mother and her wishes. If they have time on the call they will do things round the home which is so helpful.
This is the first time our mother has accepted any care, which says a great
deal about them.

The service from Clare and the team has been brilliant at all times. Everyone arrived at the times mum and dad were expecting them and came with kindness, care and laughter. All different personalities which in particular dad loved, he's always enjoyed talking to people and everyone did as well
as helping with what needed doing. Thank you all so very much.

We have received a 5 star service from Radfield - the whole team. Care needs can change on a daily basis, and these were always accommodated, even in times of emergency. Such a simple 4 letter word 'care', but that's exactly what they did, compassionately.

The service that's been provided from the start of mums care to now has been amazing, really looking after mums needs and making sure she's got everything she needs before they leave, mums really happy with all the carers that have been looking after her

The time keeping of carers always excellent and they show a willingness to adapt to unusual situations. The staff are very client orientated and encouraging. They offer to do additional tasks in morning call when they have the spare time.

The service provided by Radfeild is excellent!!
We have in the past had other companies in place providing care for our dad but not near the standard that Radfeild provides.
All the staff are wonderful, caring people.
They have made it possible for our dad, who has dementia, to stay living
independently in his own home, where he wants to be.
Helping him feel cared for with a good breakfast, lunch and evening meal. All medication is given on time and all personal needs are met.
The personal understanding and care the team at Radfeild give on every visit to our dad is so wonderful it has also helped us as a family to get balanced, peace and relief in our lives knowing our dad is being well cared for.
We know we can trust in Radfeild.

Radfield Chester is the 3rd home care provider my mother has tried. It was a great relief to finally find an excellent, safe and flexible service. My mother is delighted with the care and services she has received and it is obvious the company is well managed. She is very happy with the carers
themselves and wants to thank Radfield. Other providers promised a lot then didn't deliver the basics. There is a reason Radfield is rated outstanding.

The staff our outstanding in all they do to help my mum - from organising visit rotas to include the carers that mum is most comfortable and happy with to the carers themselves who really do care. They work so hard and are so kind, patient, caring and encouraging with mum. As a family, it's such a
relief that there's reliable, caring, very professional and able people that we can trust to take care of mum, to help fulfil her wish to remain in her own home. It's a great support for us too. The weekly day centre visit has been a great success too, an invaluable lifeline for mum to go out and have fun and meet new people of her own age.

I wiould not of coped ,looking after my dad without the help and support of Radfield carers , my dad was able to remain at his own home for a little longer , due to the carers help , they were all friendly and professional at all times , my dad built a good rapport with them all nothing was too much
trouble for them , if we had a hospital appointment , they would change there calls to help us out , and come at times to suit and help us , at 24 hours notice , I would highly recommend Radfield carers to anyone , I can't thank them enough

Things are going well with the package and my husband is now very familiar with the carers. He is happy to be left with them and they engage brilliantly with him. The carers are also extremely helpful and it is a pleasure to see them.

It was with some trepidation I decided to employ a care company to help me care for my dad at home. I was recommended, by my GP, Radfield. After looking after him for 6 years on my own, I was worried about the care he would receive. However, Radfield have been amazing they have never let me down,
always on time. They treat my dad with the upmost care. If there was a box for outstanding, I would happily tick this box. They also look after the family too with a hug and a listening ear when you are struggling yourself with fatigue and worry. They simply care, it's not just a job!

Radfield Home Care are a reliable company. The carers that come to help my husband are reliable, trustworthy and kind. My husband receives catheter care help twice daily. This service is done most efficiently with rare exceptions. On the whole the carers come within the half hour time slot with
occasional exceptions beyond their control. The carers always ask if there is anything else they can do to help.
