Very friendly and good service. The Carers take time to talk with my mum as part of their routine and mum enjoys this interaction.The Carers are always keen to give the correct care and are always polite and respectful

Honeysuckle Homecare have been absolutely fantastic in the care the have delivered to my Nan following her admission to hospital. Each carer that attended Nan whilst she settled back home treated her with the upmost dignity and respect and nothing was ever to much trouble, the standard of training
these carers recieve reflects how they treat their clients. A special mention to the office staff who facilitated a quick turn around in order for us to get nan back home where she wanted to be. Once again as a family we can't thank you enough and will certainly be using you again should Nan need you.

I am very happy with all the carers who visit my husband to help him with dressing & washing and all the others who' sit with him while I do other things.Plus the all the offers of help for myself
My husband is very confused (he has dementia) he would like consistency, but having said that the
team always will change times & days happily to suit our needs. I have health problems myself, so I know I can rely on Honeysuckles to help when I have hospital or doctors appointments

Honeysuckle I highly recommend them brilliant team they are doing a top job caring for my uncle. I have to say especially Andy he's a credit to the team and alwayls gives 110 percent I can't thank him and you guys enough.

Honeysuckle are wonderful. They cared for my Dad from June to October this year when he unfortunately passed away.
Every member of staff was professional friendly, supportive, compassionate and did everything in their power to make Dad's last few months as comfortable as possible. They were so
caring towards my Mum too!
Communication with them and the Admin staff was excellent!
Some of his Carers came to pay their respects which was lovely and very much appreciated.
We cannot fault their care and would recommend them 100% for anyone needing support.

We have found honeysuckle staff friendly, professional, caring and very concerned for client and carers.
All carers exercise high degree of care, carry out instructions as agreed. They are well trained in their role and attentive to changes in their clients situations. .Usually keep to time as
shown on their timesheet.
Would recommend honeysuckle to those requiring help

Our experience since we started using Honeysuckle has been outstanding. The caring staff have always cheerful and helpful, and will do anything we require. When we have needed to contact the office answering has been prompt in answering, cheerful and always helpful with our enquiries. I would

I would like to recommend Honeysuckle Care. Both my parents have been cared for, by all the fantastic caring carers, unfortunately dad has passed away. Mum is very happy with her care. Carers are always very caring, supportive, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy have empathy, very professional and
give 100%.
If I do have a query or a problem it is dealt with swiftly.
Thank you very much to the Management, administration staff and the lovely carers. I can't thank you enough for your care, support as can be very trying as a daughter who does everything for my mum.

Honeysuckle have provided good care for my mum. She really enjoys her time with the carer. It's not just a practical need but also a well being need for my mum. The carers are patient and kind and very understanding.

My Mum and I had been caring for my Dad in his final months when our palliative nurse recommended Honeysuckle. They were incredibly professional and helped us create a care plan that eased our worries. From the start, the staff were both professional and compassionate. They cared for Dad with
tenderness, and their kindness to my Mum was invaluable. They made Dad feel comfortable during their visits and their friendly jokes kept him at ease. The palliative care provided by a staff member and her team was exceptional. In the final hours of Dad's life, the staff member asked if we'd like to give him a shave. This simple gesture meant so much to us, leaving Dad looking fresh and clean. It was also incredibly touching when the team came to pay their respects at Dad's funeral and gave Mum and I a big hug. Honeysuckle came into our lives during one of the toughest times, and we can't thank them enough. Their kindness, professionalism, and support made a world of difference, and we'll forever be grateful.

They are all, without exception, simply exceptional carers for my mother . They work hard and always give her the time she needs and often go the extra mile without being asked to. What makes this particularly noteworthy is that she is not always the easiest person to care for. Could not recommend
highly enough.

We appreciate the flexibility provided in often challenging situations, and find Honeysuckle accommodating to Mum's needs. The carers are lovely and care for both Mum and immediate family too, which is comforting. I would definitely recommend Honeysuckle to anyone needing part or full-time care.

The carers had looked after my mum for some time and at the beginning , probably wasn't the easiest person to take care of , as she was a bit of a character , but as time went on I know she began to see them as close friends and would share some humour .
When my mum became seriously ill , they
looked after her tremendously, caring for her and giving her - her dignity .
They went above and beyond in the care given to my mum and even coming around to the house after my mum had passed , to see her and make her respectable .
I know that my dad and the rest of the family feel the Same way and can't thank them enough.

I was very grateful for the care I received. It was only for a short time to help me back on my feet. All of the carers were friendly and always asked if I needed anything else before they left. The office staff were polite and friendly and I would definitely use them again should I need to.

Wonderful service! Feel comfortable and reassured that my parent in laws are fully cared for. There is good communication from the carers and office stepping in if needed. my parent in laws are very happy and so are we!
